My family visited Quickly Asian Fusion Cafe in DâIberville on Sunday, July 20, 2025. I ordered 3 items: pan fried dumplings, popcorn chicken bento box and a tonkatsu chicken bento box at 11:45am. When we arrived, the dining room was full. There were 4 parties ahead of us waiting for their orders. My daughter's dumplings came out first, about 10 minutes after we ordered. My husband's popcorn chicken bento box came out 20 minutes after we ordered. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked about our 3rd item. The employee said, âthey're working on it.â There were 2-3 orders that were placed after mine that received their orders first. When we mentioned this fact to an employee, they claimed those orders were âpre-orders.â But we had seen 2 groups of customers walked in AFTER us and ordered at the kiosk. There was one order from Uber Eats or Door Dash. After another 15-20 min, my order finally came out. After bringing out my item, the employee asked if I wanted to âdine inâ and did NOT offer any apologies for the wait. At this point, the dining room was nearly empty, all other previous parties had left. There were 2 new customers that placed orders. I waited at least 45-50 minutes for my last item. At this point, both my daughter and husband had finished their food.
The employees were dismissive and were more interested in the Grand Opening event going on for Emmay, next door. Several times, several employees walked to the front door of Quickly to look outside. Some of them even stood outside and watched the event for Emmayâs Grand Opening.
The kitchen does not seem equipped to handle a large crowd. We have been here before but when it was less busy. At most, we have waited 10-15 minutes for all of our items to come out. This time, the 3 items that we ordered each came out at drastically different times. The employee that claimed that the other orders that came out before mine were âpre-ordersâ is FALSE. Why did 2 out of 3 items get completed first if the so-called âpre-ordersâ were placed before mine?
The customer service was extremely underwhelming and disappointing despite having 3 employees in the front. We noticed they kept looking into the kitchen and walked back and forth between the kitchen and cashier, idling. At no point, did they offer any apologies for the wait and instead...
Read moreI honestly wish I had read the reviews before stepping inside but my hunger pangs were so intense that I stopped at the first place I seen for an emergency detour. Unfortunately I chose this place with a health rating of âBâ which shouldâve been the first red flag especially since in Mississippi they seem to hand out health scores of A like theyâre candy. Besides the employees you walk past who donât even acknowledge you (more to come on employees later) I was really excited when I seen their menu. Perhaps I made the mistake of ordering by looking at the photos and assuming that was going to be the product I received. After waiting 25 mins (I honestly had no idea the wait was going to be that long since no customers were in the restaurant when I ordered. It would have been nice if that was communicated because the hunger pangs intensified and I wouldâve much rather grabbed a protein bar across the street at Walgreens). There were about 6 employees standing around, 4 of them drinking their own personal beverage in the same areas where they prepare for the food. One employee who was the only one actually making the food orders and one who hid behind the dippinâ dots freezer. I could have dealt with the rudeness/lack of acknowledgement of the employees if the food was decent. However, it was not. I ordered the dejavuritto and I was almost convinced it was the wrong order. The photos shows a nice chunk of avocado and fat, pink tuna. After deep searching, I did see a smudge of avocado and confirmed that this could possibly be my order and that white sliver of a fish could be the Tuna. For $17, the 25 min wait, and the rude customer service were not worth the barely edible meal. Iâm astounded at the high rating this place has and advise you to search recent reviews to get an accurate picture of this...
Read moreI only ordered an icecream and a macaron. I stood at the counter and waited and after a little while of no one coming to greet me or take my order, I went and got the attention of one of three girls standing and talking to each other. She was nice and helpful and is one of the only reasons I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. She could use pointers on customer service but she wasn't rude, she told me my macaron would be out and turned around and started talking to her co workers again. I could see it sitting right in the window so I didn't understand the wait. After waiting a little while one of the other girls shuffled over. No greeting, which is mediocre but no big deal. She was large and white with glasses. She placed my macaron in a bag (with a sticker that had my name, I thought that was cute, another reason for 2 stars instead of 1) then threw it on the counter and walked away while saying my name. I was standing right there. I was the only customer in line. Even if she didn't want to hand it to me for whatever reason, she could have stayed at the counter and at least said "Have a good day" "Thank you for coming" anything. I debated about having words with her, but I'm having a good day and decided she wasn't worth it, but your customers do not deserve to have their food thrown at them. I have been here before, but the customer service has declined rapidly. My order tasted fresh and sweet though, another reason not to give it 1 star, but customer service is...
