Here’s the thing, my boyfriend and I love to frequent this place because we like how we can relax and just talk to each other and the other patrons. However, the service is continuous challenging us if we would like to give this place another chance. Every cigar novice and expert understands once they start researching that you should purchase from the location that you are visiting. My guy doesn’t drink but he likes to carry his cigar case inside to reload. However, he never gets close to the humidor before the employees make a statement that he has to purchase a cigar. It has happened 4 times already. We’ve explained that it’s every intention that we are going to buy from said establishment. We’ve even been told that the second location “Four Seasons Cigar Beer & Tobacco” that we can purchase any cigar there as well. We asked the employees at the four seasons before purchasing can we smoke them at the signature lounge. She indeed said yes and that she would place it in the right bag so we could walk in and show that it was purchased from them. Moving forward we walk into signature and immediately my boyfriend was asked very accusatory where he purchased said cigars from, he tells them this is the location with the receipt of todays purchase and bag. The employee proceeded to say well some people use those bags and claim that those are the cigars from the four seasons location.
So here’s the thing: you have to coach your employees on the best way to speak to said customers about the policy on cigars. It should be firm. Either you allow the patrons to purchase from four seasons and smoke them at the signature lounge since it is indeed the sister location or not. We have grown tired of the constant snares of did you buy, or you must purchase from here. No wonder the lounge only has a handful of patrons at any given time.

Read moreI didn’t come here to eat. I didn’t come here to drink. I came here to smoke, and you should too.
They have an amazing selection of cigars, with something for everyone and every price range. The humidor is perfectly maintained at 70°F and 70% humidity.
Dusti is the sweetest girl you could ever hope to wait on you.
They also honor veterans with a discount, and that’ll always earn my business.
The lounge is bifurcated into a paid area that’ll run you a $5 cover charge to sit in, and a free area. The free area seating is perfectly comfortable and adequate, but for just a pittance more, you can enjoy the high-back leather chairs and it’s well worth it. My cousin and I sat and smoked for four hours and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
The music is kept at a reasonable volume that facilitates conversation.
This is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon, or a...
Read moreThis place is a relaxing , cool vibe. It could be alot better but for a new establishment it was nice. First and foremost the staff is not very knowledgeable about the cigar world at all. I think a cigar training class or having the staff visit and learn from top cigar bars/louges would benefit. There is also a staff member that is a chatter box (but nice) but not needed in a relaxing type of environment. She did say she previously worked at a sports bar in the same shopping center which is understandable as to why she likes to talks to customers but when people go to a place of quite, chill atmosphere chatter boxes should respect that. Also there were only about 1-2 cutters and lighters for the whole lounge to share, and that's not...
