Smoothie King — Restaurant in D'Iberville

There has been only just this one guy that rubbed me the wrong way. Not friendly, thought my half cash half card payment was me tipping him....no. On top of that both of our strawberry hulk smoothies were ordered with dates instead of turbinado. Let's just say it tasted like TURBINADO was still added anyways because we couldn't drink them it was just incredibly too sweet. We order these a little too much to begin with to know exactly how they should taste with dates instead of raw sugar. Needless to say we will bring our business elsewhere. Can't trust this location. Especially when this guy with the short blonde buzz cut hair...

I go everyday at lunch and get the same thing, a large slim and trim chocolate, and every day but today they are great... However today it was either not mixed correctly, or the ingredients were different... I made it halfway back to work before turning around and bringing it back to tell them that it was not correct... only to have a monotone "that's what we made you"... They "remake" it and tell me to try it... I taste it and tell them, that's it... Only to be greeted by an eye roll and shutting of the window... That's strike one... Good way to chase off frequent...

I have a food allergy to soy, so it's hard for me to eat anywhere. Smoothie king provides me lots of options for me to choose from, regardless of my allergy, because most of their smoothies have no soy!!! :D Added plus, their smoothies are delicious. The Five guys to the left of them also makes lettuce burgers, for those with gluten, soy, and wheat allergies. I usually buy a smoothie from smoothie king and then eat at five guys to complete a wonderful day, but smoothie king also has a lot of allergen free and healthy snacks available. :D Their avocado chips...
