OKAY SO Basically, the night of the 22nd, I was getting out of the parking lot when my dumb self realized I didn't turn my key all the way, so when I reversed, it reversed but my wheel LOCKED and I couldn't go forward even though I could put it in drive. I was FREAKING OUT, cars were behind me and I thought I messed up my car. When all hope was lost, I managed to flag down a REALLY nice worker there, I wish I caught his name but he wasn't even the one that took or handed me my order but he still came over to help me. He helped me calm down, he helped me turn my key and get my car back to normal (even though it was my fault and not a malfunction). BLUF: I typically get the same drink every visit and it always hits the spot. Whenever I get food, like popcorn chicken, it's always hot and fresh. Personnel are friendly, nice, and as quick as they can be.
Been going to this Sonic a hundred-plus times in the past year and can count on two fingers the number of times I have had a "negative" experience. Once, I pressed the red button and didn't get service. It was an unusually busy day, I didn't get a reply through the intercom and, after waiting a while, I left. The second time, I just got the wrong drink. I called the store when I got home and discovered the error, spoke to the manager, got my name in the book and "claimed" my replacement drink a week or so later.

This Sonic is very disrespectful to their employees. I have a friend who worked there and I went there one night to get blasts and asked for her to wait on me. She came out crying and said that she had been fired A woman had called the corporate office and said she had been rude to her. They just took this women's word for it and let her come Into work that night and then fired her when she walked in! I dont think this is right. She should have gotten to tell her side. Sonic should have stuck up for her. There should have been some sort of investigation done if need be. If you ask me the cook should be fired too because the food stinks !! And tastes awful too.
