Sweet Dulce — Restaurant in D'Iberville

I decided to try them out yesterday, my mistake. The plain ice is too expensive, cups are too small, and you cannot see the skill, craft, or artistry related to snow cone making. There is not a health department permit visible that will indicate their food service rating.

Those cups are a rip off. The plain ice is $1.00 off the amount of cup. If you are an ice eater, this is not the place. Lastly, I was eating the top off my plain cone, when I decided to lift up the entire mold, when I discovered an insect. I identified the insect as a small gnat. I was disgusted and will never returned. People invest in a ninja blender for this summer and research snow cone juice recipes.

I am noticing something about the customer service of the Asian community in D'Iberville, it is very poor in many cases. The men are somewhat professional but the ladies need to cut out the bs. I don't see anyone outside of their culture/race working in any of their establishments. That makes me just not want to do business period with them and I won't. I let the girl who takes orders at sweet dulce know that I come often whenever I come to Mississippi (I’m from Louisiana) , and that usually their snowballs are juicy but the last time I got it, it was really icy and had very little juice. the girl taking orders just said I could ask for extra juice, but I dont want extra. Super smooth, snow-like-texture snow cones! Loved the sour shot in mine. Made it just the right amount of tart! The parking lot isn't very big, but there's enough parking because the staff works really fast. The server was very clear in reading back my order and making sure i got what i wanted. They have a pick up window to the left of the order window and have a bull horn to announce the order numbers in case you wait in your car. We tried tiger's blood & pineapple with a sour shot, creamy dreamsicle, watermelon, and mango with a slice of CHEESECAKE on the side! This was a perfect treat for a hot day!
