Taco Bell — Restaurant in D'Iberville

This is hands down THE worst Taco Bell that I've ever been to... the first time I went, I walked out due to the young man behind the counter having horrible customer service... he was completely rude to the lady and her daughter in front of me and I wasn't about to allow him to treat me the same way... fast forward to today, Oct. 1, 2022... I went back thinking that it could be a totally different crew working only to find that this crew was much worse... no atmosphere, quiet as a library in there... I had to use the counter instead of the kiosk because I was paying in cash... I ordered an XXL steak, grilled cheese burrito and a soft taco supreme... When I pulled my money out the girl that was taking my order literally asked me for ten dollars... I didn't give it to her... After she closed the register drawer she disappeared and didn't come back until the other employee, older lady with glasses, was calling the wrong name repeatedly... as I was walking up to the counter to get my order, the same girl tossed my bag onto the counter from about five feet away... Then I asked the lady with glasses if I could have some hot sauce and she snapped at me saying "it's out there" with the rudest tone... To make matters worse, I get back to work, opened my bag only to find that it wasn't my order at all... needless to say I won't ever step foot in that...

When ever I went in my experience was not very good, the place was not very clean and the man working the counter was rude and seemed as though he was trying to rush me out ,most of the associates are nice but this man wouldn't really let me speak I attempted to read the pin pad and the man pulled the pin pad away from me as I was reading it and when I went to put my card in he took the pin pad away from me while my card was in there and pressed the credit button given later I found out from the manager they only take credit but I didn't know that and was worried because I dont even have a credit card I have a debit as I was going to ask the man at the counter before I pit my pin in, he should have let me finish speaking and he could have told me that because I would have paid in cash the way the man did it was very rude and it really made me mad because he treated me in the manner that I didn't matter and that I was just an annoyance, when i go to a place like this I know its fast food but customer service is very important maybe the guy had a bad day but he still had no right to treat me in...

Honestly, I love Taco Bell. However, this location is by far the worst. Seriously, will NOT be returning to this location EVER again even though it is the closest to my place of work. I work the swing shift for a local casino and sometimes when I get off around midnight I want a late-night snack. When I visited this location today I could hear the person on the line having an entire meltdown because I and a car before dared to place an order. Then when I order im told they are out of this or that which I get, but don't tell me you are out of beans for a bean burrito and then still put beans on my Mexican pizza. I asked for soft shell tacos because that is what I prefer and received hard shell, but ok. My Mexican pizza tasted like old stale grease. When the individual went to give me my drinks and food he practically threw them at me. I am very disappointed with my experience and will have to go elsewhere when I want a late-night snack after work. Seriously, you have minimum competition for late-night business so why run off the business that you have and practically push us to...
