Worst bartender ever!!! Do not ask for a Patron Margarita from Twin Peaks in Diberville. This is not the first time it has been awful but thought I would give them one more try this time. When we received the drinks the first taste was awful.. tart, sour and tasted like the margarita mix went through a heat. After 1 sip we tried to send the drink back to the bar and just get beers instead. At this point we didn’t trust the bartender to mix anything else for us. We watched the waitress being the drinks to the kitchen instead of the bar area and magically the drinks were refilled by something we are unaware of. The drinks then went back to the bar and a different waitress walks over to our table to ask if the margaritas belonged to us. We told her no, we went them back and just asked for beers instead. At this point the woman manager proceeds to walk to our table and said she heard our drinks tasted tart and she added “sweetener” to them and brought the margaritas back to the table and not the beers we asked for. We proceeded to tell her we are not drinking them because we have no idea what was put into the drinks at this point… we just wanted the beers to wash our food down with. By this point we ate 2 appetizers without having any drinks. The manager refused to let us leave without paying for the margaritas. She said all alcohol sales are final. At this point our waitress was back at our table crying.. she said the manager yelled at her in front of everyone for our drinks and said if we walked out and refused to pay for our drinks or food then she will get written up and loose her job. Long story short… I highly recommend you steer clear of Twin Peaks mixed drinks and only drink items the bartender doesn’t have to mix. This was the worse way a manager could have handled this situation. I do not trust anyone with a drink that is made in the kitchen area and not behind a bar in open sight. (By the way we never touched the drinks again that were brought back to us. The only reason we paid for them is to keep our waitress from losing her job. She mentioned she had other customers walk out and not pay the bill due their drinks and food being horrible. I couldn’t do that to her though and paid for everything instead)
Again this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this restaurant. The last visit we ordered a hamburger and fish and both were severely undercooked and the burger had blood running from it and tasted raw. I will not come back to this restaurant and wanted to warn everyone else to not waste...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks recently, and I must say, the highlight of my entire experience was the exceptional service provided by Taylor. From the moment we sat down, Taylor exuded warmth, professionalism, and an energy that was both welcoming and engaging. It was clear right away that we were in for a fantastic experience with someone who genuinely cares about their customers.
Taylor was attentive without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance of checking in on us just enough to make sure we were comfortable but also allowing us the space to enjoy our meal and conversation. They made us feel like we were the most important table in the restaurant, always anticipating our needs before we even realized we had them.
What stood out most about Taylor was her extensive knowledge of the menu. We had a few dietary preferences and questions about certain dishes, and Taylor provided thoughtful and insightful recommendations, even suggesting modifications to suit our tastes perfectly. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and knowledge in a server, which made our dining experience feel personal and tailored to us. You could tell Taylor was passionate not only about the food but also about making sure we had the best possible experience.
The genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. Taylor's personality really shined through during our meal. She was funny, personable, and easy to talk to, striking up conversations that felt natural and unforced. It was as if we were dining with an old friend who happened to know everything about the restaurant. By the end of the experience, we were all laughing, and it made the entire dining experience that much more enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who can be both professional and personable in such a seamless way.
In short, Taylor took what could have been an ordinary dining experience and turned it into something truly memorable. She was a true asset to the restaurant, and it’s clear that they take pride in delivering outstanding service. I can’t recommend Taylor enough—if you're lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a...
