THIS IS THE 3rd TIME I'VE LEFT THIS REVIEW!!! I TRIED TO PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, BUT WHEN I GO TO THE LINK YOU PROVIDED? I PUT DOWN THE SPECIFIC LOCATION, THE DATE/TIME I VISITED, AND A THUMBS DOWN......FROM THERE IT HAS A LINK "NEXT"? BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME PROCEED!!! IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HEAR ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE FIX THE LINK, OR GIVE ME ANOTHER WAY TO CONTACT YOU!!

Ordinarily, I have nothing but "RAVE REVIEWS" for Walk-ons, but my wife and I went there for an event last night, and did not have a very good experience at all. Upon arriving, we could see they were very busy, and we can appreciate that. We had requested a booth on the lower level, and were brought to a half booth/half table, which was right by the kitchen entrance. There were a couple of larger booths available, and I had requested that we be moved to one of them. I was told that those booths were reserved for a couple of larger parties who were waiting (I was told on a previous visit, that they didn't take reservations!!). Still not happy at all, I accepted that and went back to my booth/table. Not 5 minutes later, I saw a couple (Just 2 people) seated at a booth I had requested, and then the exact same thing happened with another booth. I asked to speak with a manager, and a few minutes later, Lindsey came to speak with us. I explained what happened, and she said that she would have us moved. By the time a "Table" had opened up, we were half way through our meal, so what's the point. Also, I believe it was during a shift change, or something to that effect, the kitchen staff made a very loud noise, and as a veteran with severe PTSD, that didn't sit very well. I needed to get out of there!! As I previously said, the food is very good, but, to me, good, and consistent service is equally important. If this is the kind of service we can expect when things get busy, I seriously doubt that...

I was excited to hear of the opening of Walk Ons and had heard good things so this evening asked my partner if she wanted to give it a try. Arrived at roughly 630 pm and appeared busy and hostess informed me of a 40 min wait. After finding a place at the bar we sat right down. Since neither of us were in the mood for heavy carbs we opted for salads, Cobb for myself and Berry Pecan for my partner which the waitress highly recommended. When the Salads arrived I noticed something amiss. While my partners looked plentiful mine seemed a little off. After a few bites I begin to noticed items missing from my salad, one there was no avocado zero zilch! Another was if there was any bacon in my salad it was miniscule and about the size of course ground pepper. My partner mentioned this to the waitress and she quickly remedied the avocado. Only then did my partner notice no Jack cheese In her salad, if there was any it wasn't noticeable. Now one thing that drives me nuts is if it's listed on the menu as an ingredient it better be on the plate when it arrives. All that being said I'll have to say the Berry salad was refreshing and good but my Cobb was lacking and I wouldn't order it again. Now when any business picks a location one thing that must be considered is ingress and egress which is getting in and out of the property. Upon leaving I needed to go southbound but here your forced to go northbound and turn around to go south. Dunno who's great idea that was but it's ridiculous. Doubtful...

Ate here today…somewhere I’ve never heard of. Sat at the bar and ordered an app/drinks and a meal. Never received the app. Waitress never even noticed. Tried to say 10 people or so never got their apps due to there was a computer glitch back to the kitchen. Yet you never noticed we weren’t sitting there eating until our meal came. Sandwich made incorrectly according to the menu. Asked to add lettuce, but then had no tomato and had bacon which wasn’t listed on the description. Had to wait 10-15 mins for the mayo ordered on the side as well as honey mustard and pickles. Oh and when you set a meal down with fries even the most low budget place sets a bottle of ketchup down, or at the very least asks. Not here. Told the one guy who seemed like he was management type of an employee a couple things and he said “my bad”. Great layout and most seemed nice or like they wanted to do well but very lacking for the menu prices of what you pay. $50 for a couple drinks and sharing a meal to be prompted to leave a review of this nature shouldn’t be the case. Was also still attempted to be charged for the appetizer that we never received because it was not removed from our tab after stating we had not received it. We live local within about 30 mins and would enjoy coming here again if we thought it would be reliable for the service that...
