I will start off saying my experience at this location is normally 5’s across the board. On 11/9/24 I drove from Biloxi near pass road to the Wendy’s in Diberville( this is our norm my son prefer this location). Proceeded to the window to pick up my mobile order and the ladies were pleasant per usual. Upon receiving my food I did not check the bag as I normally do at other fast food establishments because this location always has my order right. Unfortunately, upon arriving home to give my son his food we had our entire order except his burger. I called and spoke to Alex or Alec(I apologize if I’m spelling his name wrong) he was very pleasant and informed me that I just needed to state I spoke with him and they would give me the missing burger. I showed my receipt and stressed Dave’s single only lettuce, ketchup, and cheese( my son is very particular). The lady handed me the bag and she confirmed that it was only lettuce, cheese, and ketchup. Again still the benefit of doubt I drove home without checking the burger only to arrive home hand my son the bag and he comes rushing back to me because the burger has mustard on it. He won’t eat anything with mustard on it, I’m so disappointed because this is our favorite location and they are normally on point. Being sick all week and trying to take a break from cooking to feel better, then having to convince a special needs kiddo that you wiped all the mustard off was very disappointing. Read moreI drove through Wendy's at 12:30 on a Friday night, and the large Wild Berry sweet tea size I wanted to order was not available. Even though I drove through, Google will not let me post a review without rating the decor. The only thing I can think of, is that the salad portion of the drive thru sign was inserted backwards. For that, I will rate their decor poor to fair. When I tasted the medium size Wild Berry sweet tea I had to settle for, it was like drinking Wild Berry syrup straight. When I tried to call a manager to let them know that there was something wrong with their mix, the phone was continuously busy. Why would their phone be busy at 12:45 on a Friday night? Bad food, bad service.
Edit: January 17, 2014 Though this location has been completely remodeled, be competency of its employees has not been upgraded. I went through the drive-through at 11:15 on a Friday night and ordered a half-pound double cheeseburger combo. When I arrived home, my burger only had one patty. When I tried to call the manager, the telephone rang without ever being picked up. This second night-time bad experience has caused me to update my rating to "Hated it," and I may not ever give it a third chance. Read moreWendy's is one of my favorites. My stepson won't eat anywhere else. However today we decided to go into the Diberville lobby to eat lunch. Well I'm glad we went in to order because we saw that nobody was wearing gloves to handle the food. The guy who took our order barely spoke to us or looked at us at all, wiped his nose several times and then went to get our fries and stuck his fingers in the container. He took his sweet time, talking to his coworkers and grinning from ear to ear, pointing at us and avoiding our eye contact. We were at the counter waiting for him to give us our drink cups so we could go sit and wait but he never gave us our cups. When he put the bags on the counter and looked at us and said "Is was for here right?" I'm like "Yeah we were standing here waiting for our drinks but you're over there avoiding us and talking about us to your friend. Not cool." So we got a refund and went to Sonic.
