Today I sat in the drive through line for over 20 minutes AFTER placing my order and watching the customer at the window in front of me be given the wrong order multiple times. Instead of having them pull forward, they had everyone sit in place as the line continued to wrap around the building. This whataburger always has the slowest times and worst service of any that I have been to. On top of the restaurant being slammed, I see workers walking out of the store to do what seemed was take a smoke break. I left without receiving my food as I only stopped there for convenience and time's sake as I ran my errands. The person who took my order was not very attentive and I had to repeat myself about 4 times just ordering two sandwiches. That alone tells me the kitchen is overwhelmed and flustered. Don't take my order if you're that backed up. Ask me to wait and I will. Let your customers know if there's a wait or if there has been a back-up. I know how hectic it can be to work in a restaurant as I have extensive experience doing so, but I never took a break in the middle of a rush, nor did I stop the flow of business because an order was missed. Read moreIt makes me sad to give a location such a poor review... But trip after trip, this is one of the worst drive thru's I have ever experienced in speed and efficiency. This drive thru is so lacking. I love wataburger's food, but almost without fail the order is wrong when we go to this location drive thru. Most of the time we just leave with our wrong order, but last night I requested they fix it. It took probably more than 7 or 8 min to order 4 kids meals. It was repeated back several times, the last time finally correct only to get the order and it was wrong. I try really hard to not be a difficult customer and give people the benefit of a doubt, maybe he was new. But someone should have been assisting him, their should have been some guidance... They did make the changes with a smile at the window, but a drive thru with no one if front of us should not push anywhere close to 20 mins. This is not the first time we have had the same issue, but it will probably be the last. I'm not sure we will go back to this drive thru ever. Read moreThe service was horrible!! I am a regular customer and I usually order online. This particular time when I ordered, my burger looked as if it was played over. The mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup was all over the burger and wrapper. I took it inside the restaurant and told them the problem in a respectful manner. The female manager that addressed the situation didn’t seem to understand why I was complaining, even after I showed her the burger. The young male cook made the burger over after complaining and threw the bag on the sideline so the other worker can give the order to me. I opened the burger after pulling off and the whole burger was COLD. I just smh!! Is this the service I rather spend my hard earned money on?!?!? I was very disappointed and then had to be at work in two hours to work a 12hr shift!! The other staff was wonderful and continued their professionalism.
