I love zaxbys, their food is delicious. Itās be better is my food came right and if they were faster and nicer. Every single time I go, whether thereās absolutely no one there in the drive through or itās kinda busy, I have to wait almost 5 minutes just to take my order. Like today there was no one there, the whole parking lot was almost deserted. It took 6 minutes and 42 seconds to take my order. Yes I timed it, I was curious and remember to do it this time seeing as this happens a lot.
I get the bacon ranch loaded fry with heavy ranch every time I go. What do they give me every time. A bacon ranch loaded fry⦠with little to no ranch. Itās rare I get a lot of ranch or enough to not choke on the fries.
And the employees attitude sucks. They act like theyāre being held hostage and forced to work there. Weāre nice when we go, we say please, thank you, and have a nice day but we never get it back from them. One time we went one girl was actually working hard, and her co workers(like 3 or 4 of them) was talking to her saying āI wanna take a smoke break can I take oneā. All of them wanted a smoke break. And the hard working girl was telling her no over and over while they kept complaining. I felt bad for her.
With the amount of bad reviews you have on yelp and havenāt done a single thing to change anything. Itās ridiculous at this point. I love yāall, yāall food is great, but Iām not coming back no more after all this bs. Especially after what happened today. Get better employees...

She insisted that the Mr beast box only came with one dipping sauce after I told her I substituted the Zax sauce for a second ranch..she rudely closed the window in my face before I could ask anything else. (If she wore a headset then maybe she wouldāve known) Andrea seemed very interested in the work gossip being held at the window and not the customer. Every time Iāve been to this establishment alone; I have a bad experience, unless I was with someone who matches the staffās attitude, then itās a great day. However, I am not that type of person. I just want to get what I paid for and go on about my day. The poor customer service is the only issue at this location. Not only did Andrea rudely pass me my food, she again, immediately closed the window and put her back to the window. I just wanted napkins, but after she glanced and didnāt open the window until someone said something, I politely asked her name for the purposes of this post. After calling in the order and being told it would be ready in 10 minutes. My wife headed that way. After pulling into one of the pickup spots and calling to let them know she was there she was ignored for the next 40 minutes. Normally this would be an inconvenience, but seeing how my wife had picked up our 2 year old on her way to get dinner it had quickly escalated into a nightmare. After trying to call several times and the staff not answering the phone she was able to flag down an employee. After another 10 minutes the manager brought the food out without saying a word. My wife had to stop her and let her know she didnāt receive our drinks the staff member stomped off to retrieve the beverages. Upon getting home and trying to calm down our child. We surveyed what was a catastrophe of an order. The only thing they got right were the drinks. My wifeās order had the wrong sauce and my order didnāt even have sauce on it even the fries were wrong.
