Located in Ridge Manor, Pizza Manor offers a delightful experience for pizza lovers, especially those with dietary restrictions. One standout feature of Pizza Manor is their inclusion of lactose-free cheese and cauliflower crust catering to customers who are lactose intolerant, vegan and/or gluten free. They also have an expansive wing selection that I did not try this visit. They also offered cookies for dessert.
Service: The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring that every customer feels valued and well taken care of.
Food Quality: The pizzas at Pizza Manor are exceptional. The lactose-free cheese option does not compromise on taste or texture, providing a creamy and flavorful alternative to traditional cheese.
Variety: Pizza Manor offers a variety of toppings allowing customers to customize their orders according to their preferences.
Overall Impression: Pizza Manor stands out not only for its delicious pizzas but also for its consideration of dietary needs with the inclusion of lactose-free cheese. Whether you're lactose intolerant, vegan, or gluten sensitive, Pizza Manor offers a satisfying dining experience. The cookies were also amazing!

Read moreI have no idea why the great reviews. I ordered a simple round pepperoni pizza.
I don't think it's possible to put on less sauce than they put on, short of being a white pizza. Made it very dry on reheating, so I actually wasted some of the pizza rather than finish it all.
The dough, crust and cheese were all lackluster to me. I think I tasted some garlic, which I know some people love on a pizza, but I personally dislike.
Nor was the pepperoni particularly good, and it was somewhat sparse as well. I suppose since their "standard" pizzas all come with more than one topping, they get used to putting a sparse amount on as to not overload things. Doesn't make it right, as they should adjust the amount when someone orders a single topping, but I guess that might be a reason they screw that up too.
I know taste is a personal thing, so I'll grade them average since the pizza wasn't technically miss cooked.
Some other posters pointed out that they're pretty expensive. I haven't been down here long enough to say they are for the area, but over $20 for a single pepperoni pizza seems pretty high. Some say this is justified because this is a quality pizza, but I did...
Read moreWe tried out Pizza Manor last weekend because we love Southern Harmony and were interest in their new endeavor. Even though it was still the soft opening and they were absolutely slammed just 45 minutes into opening, the staff was pleasant, kind, accommodating and helpful. Overall, the pizza is to die for and it’s a unique style that you can’t get in this area. We did give some feedback on an area to improve and I saw this past weekend that they posted that they have received that feedback overwhelmingly and are adjusting accordingly- love to see this! We spent a little more than we typically do for pizza for our family of three but after trying it I would definitely order smaller sizes in the future - it’s very filling. I didn’t rate it for atmosphere because while there are a couple of tables if you wanted to eat there, for now it seems to be mostly a takeout design. Given the strip mall they’re in seems pretty abandoned, I could definitely see this concept taking off and would love to see them eventually expand to have a well appointed little dining room like Southern Harmony has. Would love to come eat there, maybe even have a glass of wine or beer...
