We wanted to try something different for dinner. Being a golf course with a claw game in the photos we thought it might be okay to bring the family around for an earlier dinner but we were sorely mistaken. There was a group in the back who had rented the space and were supposed to be done. Instead they were blasting ghetto rap music so we tried to move away from them in the bar area. We had already placed our order otherwise we would have left. The food took over and hour and was terrible. I normally love dive bar food. Soggy bread, soggy fries, the chicken basket had pieces of fish in with the chicken. Really bad service, atmosphere, and food....
Read moreThis is my first time writing a review, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I must. I golf on 2 leagues at Dahlgreen. The cooking service needs serious help. We waited over an hour for food, did not get correct orders. Distribution of orders didn’t make sense. Between myself at my family members, we are here at least 3 times a week. If it wouldn’t be for golf, I would never visit Sticks. Lexi and Julia are great servers. They are trying their best. Look out for Kelly, she will steal your pull tab...
Read moreWe came to Stick's to watch the Ryder Cup and have breakfast. We were the only 2 people on the bar side and asked for the main tv to be changed from ESPN to The Ryder Cup. The bartender/manager told us he couldn't do it. Our waitress was a blast. Was knowledgeable about the Ryder and we stayed because she was able to convince the manager to at least put on subtitles. The food was great as always!
I will go back but without the expectation of watching golf at a golf course clubhouse!...
