** This is a must visit ** ** They only take cash ** I love Mexican breakfast so you will get a lot of reviews from Mexican restaurants unless I am with my family. The small restaurants are the best!! When I walked in the gentleman at the register treated me like I was family coming to eat breakfast. He said... What would you like? I told him Huevos Rancheros and he said ok go sit down. He then came and asked me how would I like my eggs and would I like rice and beans? I was like Ooooww yes this is the spot. Now when the food came it looked delicious!! The food tasted amazing!! Homemade everything. Come visit this place!! It is ducked off near a side road so slow down because you will miss it. When you drive in the gated. lot is small but there are some amazing art that will catch your eye. The restaurant is small but clean and cozy. I enjoyed myself!!

True hole in the wall spot. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. This is real authentic Mexican food. The enchiladas are my favorite. This is a family owned spot and the staff is friendly but don’t expect good service. Just come here for the delicious foods. Also, BYOB and CASH ONLY, you’re welcome!

New favorite "hole in the wall" AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant. It's frustrating waiting for a table (It's so good)... so if that bothers you, don't bother. Corn tortillas are home made and fluffy.

I went in for the first time last night. I was jyst getting something to go. I asked for a nenu got one i recognized most items yet asked if they coukd di Fish tacos because i noticed they had fish and tgey had tacis. She said no. Then i asked if the. Chili Rellenos werr beef or cheese they were cheese. I was craving meat if some sort. I then asked do you gave a chucken breast whole grilled or us ut already shredded for enchiladas. No whole chicken breast. Okayyy so i oredered Enchikada verdes to go. But within seconds decided to eat there instead and sat down at a booth near the TV in the corner tgat had on a Mexican Futbol event. I had to ask for chips and salsa which were very tasty. They use traditional yellow tortillas hand cut and fried in house, I liked that. Also the Salsa was more if an orange color than red and had a oerfect level of heat to it. I grabbed a cold imported coke from the reach in out front plugged in my ohone to charge and watched soccer. My food came out and it was in styrofoam. As if they were sending a msg to me like...hey white lady, please take your food togo. I could only start to say why dont you get a plate for me but said nevermind, Ill eat out of styrofoam. So i did. 3 echiladas verdes con pollo, rice and beans ( the beans annd enchiladas were very good especially the beans. The enchiladas, I thought, needed more chicken. The rice was lacking in everyhing i know anout mexican rice. My total was $1175 I thought well aclittle hig for the venue yet fair. I gave her a $20 asked for $5 back and said keep the change. It wont be my first choice if restaurants ti dine in but ut will certainly be a choice. Its a family place. Very casual and i got a decent meal for a...

This is a total whole in the wall joint close to White Rock Lake. Ordered the Chile Relleno plate with beans and rice and an order of beef tacos. The relleno was definitely the best I have ever had and the tacos were good. Ordering wasn't too bad since I don't speak Spanish, thank goodness for pictures and the menu that I could just point to. Staff is not friendly at all, actually quite rude and of course my husband and I aren't hispanic so when we walked in we got the look like we were lost or something. Felt very out of place. Not sure they noticed but they opened a restaurant in America, they should be more open and welcoming to others. Thank goodness for the delicious food. The 3 stars are for the food and food alone. If you love mexican food you should definitely give this place a shot but don't by any means expect great or...
