Not sure who’s running the drive thru right now (approx 23:50 11/17/22). I heard how he spoke to the man in front of me and he was very short and rude. After sitting at the window for over a minute, he said “what’s your order?” And when I simply said “can I get 3 egg rolls?” He said “HOW MANY!?” I said “uhm three?” And he said “okay that’s all? Pull forward”. His attitude is so unprofessional and impersonal for someone working food service (I’m a restaurant manager). If I had a way out of the line, I would’ve just driven to a further location to avoid this man.
ETA: I pulled up to the window to pay, and he barely opened the door and said “$5.19 “and I nicely asked him if he took Apple Pay. He let the door shut in my face and then stuck the machine out without saying anything. And then I asked for a couple extra sauces, and he groaned, handed them to me, and said “the sauce is already in the bag “and then slams the door shut in my face again. I sincerely hope this isn’t how the rest of your employees work and...
Read moreDrive thru experience was horrible. They let me know that there wasn't any curly fries which I didn't mind having to eat regular fries. What bothered me most was they informed me that they had only large and small cups. They tried to charge me extra, and when I told them I wouldn't pay for someone else's mistake on inventory I got laughed at by a female employee that took over for the person taking my order. I asked to speak to a manager and drove to the window where she told me that they were gonna charge me cause all they had were large cups. It bothered me so I was going to drive off, and at that point the female portraying to be the manager told me to go to McDonald's across the street if I didn't like it. This was Sunday February 25th 2024 around 6:10, 6:15 pm. So I drove to the Ft Worth Ave location and was treated so...
Read moreI came to this establishment at around 3:00am to pick up an Uber eats order. The vehicle in front of me sat at the window for an extended period of time and beeped his horn to get the workers attention. The worker (male) came to the window finally after at least 15-20 minutes and engaged in a verbal altercation with the customer as the line continued to build up. Finally after about a half an hour I got to the window to pick up an Uber eats order I was supposed to deliver. I am actually currently at the window as I am writing this and it has now been about an half an hour and counting sitting at the window. The worker is inside clearly still angry from the prior altercation and slamming things around and being aggressive on the equipment. When I got here now close to an hour ago there was only the one vehicle...
