At opening of the day, your greeted by Mrs. Smoke's smile as she rings the dinner bell inviting everyone in. As you step up to the feeding trough, your greeted by Mr. Smoke, who is ready to slice up the meat & serve with the heartfelt love of what he does. The Smoke crew are super friendly & can't wait to help you with your sides and fixings.

Pull up a seat at one of the picnic tables (inside or out back). It truly feels like home but you don't have to do the cookin' or wash the dishes! Lol

Now let's dig into brisket & turkey that's so moist and tender that you can cut it with a plastic fork. The gouda sausage & the blueberry sausage are phenomenal.

The Dino ribs and regular ribs are super flavorful & tender. While their bbq sauce is good, the meat truly doesn't need it because it's so flavorful as is.

The burnt ends are literally meat candy. Texas twinkies...no, they're not dessert...they're a bacon wrapped explosion of flavor. The boudain dip is the tortilla chips best friend.

Moving on to the sides...the elote, Mac n cheese, beans and potatoes are a feast in & of themselves. Their pickled red onions evoke memories of being back on my Aunt and Uncle’s farm.

The peach cobbler is like a taste of Autumn. It's got just the right sweetness to it from the fruit itself without the grainy texture you normally get with those containing extra sugar.

No meal is complete without the southern staple of sweet tea and they definitely hit the nail on the head with theirs.

Ok...face it, we all have to potty at times so let's do a little toilet talk. The women's restroom is so shabby chic cute. The little sayings on the wall with the decor is really fun. Inside the stalls, you'll find inspirational scriptures, prayers & encouragement that have been written by others. Proof that the Lord can speak to you no matter where you are.

My fiancé and I finally decided to try this place, we are EXTREMELY picky about BBQ because it’s always a hit or miss. I would like to start by saying that from the moment I walked in the doors, I found it to be a beautiful place and seeing how they transformed this into THEIR idea, was beautiful to witness. What I’d like to mention is that they have allowed other vendors to put up their candles, scents, cookies, and other items. To me, that says a lot about a businesses hospitality. Next, going through the BBQ line wasn’t just a basic “What can I get for you?”, it was “Hey would you like to try this?”, which also says PLENTY. The owner was very quick to inspect every piece of meat he put on our plate, making sure we were getting nothing but the best. That did not go unnoticed. Last but not least, the food was AMAZING. Believe me when I say that my fiancé and I were stunned to find that ‘Blueberry sausage’ is actually freaking DELICIOUS! We are both picky with brisket and ribs, both which were never ending flavor and tasted amazing. The BEANS!? 10/10. WHOA, we rolled up right around noon, and the place was BUZZING with a line stretching out the door NON-STOP! 🔥 There was a wait but they had complimentary bottled water and BEER while you waited.

The food? OH MY GOSH, piping hot, insanely delicious, and worth EVERY second of the wait! 😍 Homemade pickled onions, sour pickles and fresh white bread served with all of the plates!!

We dove into the 3-meat plate with 2 sides, snagged a gouda sausage link, and topped it off with cobbler and banana pudding!

The brisket? MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH tender with a GORGEOUS smoke ring and perfect pull! Sliced turkey breast? THICK, JUICY, and bursting with flavor! Those ribs? STICKY, SWEET, and an absolute DREAM to bite into!

The beans? TOTAL FIRE! 🔥 Hubby nearly hogged them all, I barely got a taste! 😅 Smoked Mac & Cheese? CHEESY, CREAMY PERFECTION—10/10, no question!! The vibe? ELECTRIC! The staff? SUPER friendly and welcoming! The food? BEYOND PERFECT!
