I am not one to typically post reviews, even when I am disappointed with an establishment, however, this one takes the cake for the requirement. My husband and I stopped by in the morning to grab something hot to drink. We typically choose 7-Brew or Dunkin; however, a friend had referred us to Snowbird, so we decided to try it. While inside, our 'server' was friendly, however seemed drained, overworked to a point of exhaustion, living off of sparks and the poor coffee that we were later served. Trying my coffee, I realized I have had better from gas station stops. I left a 5-dollar bill in the tip jar (maybe to cheer them up a little) before heading out just to overhear the comment "Sucks I won't get to keep it..." Excuse me?! Not getting to keep your tip(s)?!?! Instead of interrogating since it isn't my business, I went on with my day. With some free time, I decided to do some research on Snowbird's pages and social media, only to see crazy comments, reviews, and even worse, accusations from the store itself. Instead of taking account for any mistakes, the establishment is seen accusing other businesses and slandering them. Not very professional if I do say so myself. Not only this, but now the public has turned sour against each other, some shaming others for their opinions and views of the store. Snowbird is an absolute standout among local coffee spots. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, always making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. I have personal visited every possible location of theirs and have never been disappointed.

The coffee itself is exceptional—clearly crafted with care and expertise. Whether it’s a perfectly balanced latte (the allison is a personal fan favorite), a smooth peanut butter mocha frappe, or one of their creative seasonal specials, every drink tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Their pastries and light bites are equally impressive, pairing perfectly with the drinks and showcasing the same attention to quality.

Snowbird strikes that rare balance between cozy neighborhood charm and high-end coffee craftsmanship. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably work for a few hours, catch up with friends, or simply sit back and enjoy a quiet moment.
