McDonald's — Restaurant in Danville

The manager and staff that was there yesterday (which will be my last time ever going there) was absolutely rude and shouldn't work with the public. I was shocked on how bad I was treated and the manager was the worst. One speaker didnt work then I went to the other one then I honked after waiting another 5 mins. Only to be told to order at the window..they could of asked me that 5 mins. Ago:/then I paid and order then went to next window got drinks them they told me to go to the next window. I waited 5 more mins..nobody ever came to bring me our order so I parked and went in. My food was just sitting on the counter!I asked to talk to the manager ..they told her and she ignored me. She heard me ask to talk to a manager and she just looked at me and looked away. She was 5 feet from me. There was only 2 cars in drive thru and 1 person in the lobby waiting for his food..No reason why she couldn't talk to me..then I asked her name and she gave me a false name. I just left only to realize down the road they messed our order up! Then it took me 3 times of calling for someone to answer. I asked who I was speaking to and she said her name but it wasnt the name she gave me when I was in there. I called her out and then told her I was going to contact the owners then she wanted to finally apologize lol I told her shes only sorry now because I had her real name. Food was bad fries were cold and they even messed up our drinks!? They dont have any pride in their work or for the business that...

Food was special ordered, and that was ignored. The shift manager was MEAN to the cashier who was, obviously, a trainee. That poor young female was putting up with loud criticism and bullying, and the entire place was unprofessional. I felt bullied, especially when we got our order and the tag on it had the correct order (no lettuce), and the sandwich had everything on it.... and was cold. I would like to think that this was a bad day, however, the place wasn't clean, and everyone in the back looked like they were just trying to get through the shift without getting yelled at. OH! and there were no pies available. We asked about the pie that was advertised on the front menu board, and the manager said, "we don't got that here... why's everyone asking? " we told her that the sign said it, and she said, "No, it doesn't! " With that, I was done. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce (she got one that was cold and had lettuce), and I got the worst cup of coffee I've had in at least 10 years. Mikky Ds need to pay better...

Knowing that this establishment is short staffed, I still have to leave a 1-star review for the following reasons:

1. Stood in line for 12 minuets just to place my order.
2. Heard employees shouting at each other in the back, even an employee yelling at the other employees to "stop fighting".
3. When ordering my food, I tried to use my card, and the cashier just stood there, then told me that the card reader hasn't worked for over two weeks. I asked her if she could run my card with my order at the other register and she told me no and continued to stare at me, even though I gave her a solution to a problem. Also, there was no signage stating that the card reader was inoperable in the establishment or on any of the entrances/exits. 4)No apology was administered (not that I expected one due to her lack of concern) from the employee, as she continued to stare at...
