Go get a Maple Creemee at this sandwich shop, they are absolutely fabulous! The cone was house made, crispy and flavored gently with cinnamon, and get the maple dust on top. Don’t skip it if you’re anywhere nearby! The location is charming, the people are friendly, and the ice cream is fabulous. The sandwiches and other food looked good, but we had eaten elsewhere, so I can’t rate it. We drove by and had to stop for a Creemee (soft serve ice cream), a Vermont specialty, and we’re extraordinarily glad we did!

Moved our visit to Three Ponds cafe from tomorrow to this afternoon I needed another Tuna Sandwich! Ever since My first one, 2 weeks ago I have been craving another! This is HONESTLY, the BEST Sandwich I have ever had … that covers nearly 77yrs! Got Amy to say they would be keeping it when they next change out their menu! Caleb is a genius when it comes to figure out the perfect combinations for every dish he creates! We also had a cup of beef stew.

Eggs Florentine breakfast. Perfectly cooked potatoes, eggs with a watercress sprout and to-die for Hollandaise. My friend raved about his omelette and bacon! Wait staff super friendly and competent. Decor still spartan for a Vermont cafe, but hope it funkifies into the slightly “off-kilter” category over time. This local most def coming back.

The Three Ponds limited menu restaurant in West Danville is an attractive homey setting for a good meal. I have been there a few times in the past week and can vouch for the Three Ponds Breakfast with a side of corned beef hash (the real deal), as well as the sausage gravy and biscuit breakfast.

The menu for lunch switches at 11:00 AM and I have had tried the Ham & Bean Soup (better than my mothers), a hot Veggie Rueben sandwich (outstanding) and returned another day for a bowl of Vegetarian Chili and a Barbecued Pulled Chicken Sandwich both of which were excellent.

The place is clean, the people are friendly, the food is delicious and it is great...

Food was great. The homemade salsa was even better. I had to purchase a bottle to take home. They had to find a jar for me, but they were very accommodating. Enjoyed it with chips and later on tacos. Excellent. I was so sad when they closed during Covid. But, They're Back. the opened at a new site in downtown Danville, VT (they were formerly in West Danville). The location is great, the interior is very nice. The food may be even better. They make so many things in house and do a great job of it (salsa, pickle their own jalapenos, etc. and it's better than you can buy...
