We order from here quite often. Almost every week. Sometimes, twice a week. Our food is always hot and delicious. Delivery is usually quick. I've never had one complaint, until now. I understand that the holidays are busy and things happen. We ordered from here the other night, was told that delivery would be 45 to an hour. It was one hour and 45 minutes. Our food was so cold that we had to reheat it. I called and spoke with the manager who said that she would replace the pizza but we'd have to give the cold pizza back. I told her that I didn't want to wait another hour and a half or more because I wanted to feed my child. She said she didn't know what to tell me. Wouldn't credit the account. I called back the next day, hoping that a different manager was there. Nope. Her name is Tara. She said she was the general manager. When I told her that we actually had to reheat everything that we ordered, she repeated what she had said the night before. Was VERY rude about it. Said that she couldn't replace the pizza because we refused that the night before and needed the other pizza. Wth? The only resolve was a 15% discount on our next order. They just completely lost our business. We won't be ordering their for fear that they might do something nasty to our food. Tara needs to be retrained on customer service. Maybe she should've told us that delivery was behind and it could take almost 2 hours to get...
Read moreI grew up eating Joseppi's Topper pizza's. I now live eight hours away and when I come to visit it's the first thing we get and we always take a few back home. I was told there's a new owner and my relatives who used to order from the Harrisburg location two to three times a week no longer eat there, it's become so bad. I crossed my fingers and ordered a large topper extra well done and specifically asked for well done enough to get the wonderful brown cheese bubbles that made it extra good. What I got was a slimy mess, soggy dough where it used to be crispy, much less pepperoni (and they're thinner than they used to be) - and not only was is NOT well done, some of the greasy cheese wasn't even melted. The dough had a chemical metallic aftertaste. Just horrible, and incredibly disappointing. I've brushed my teeth twice and can't get the slimy taste out of my mouth.To the new owner, if you read this - there is a REASON Joseppi's Pizza has been around forever. Why would you try to change a good thing??? You've lost customers who have been loyal for years and you can't keep employees. In your attempt to modernize you've destroyed yet another Columbus/Grove City /Harrisburg icon. Poorly done, sir....

I love their pizza, it’s my go to for sure... but lately the service has been terrible... ordered a pizza with Pep, mush and green peppers... they mistakenly put hot peppers on it... they offered to remake it so they did and I waited in store.... got the new pizza and drove home.... got home, opened the pizza and the didn’t put pepperonis on it.... I called and asked if they could just make me a small pep and deliver it and I would wait. She said, and I quote, “I cannot give you something for free, you can pay for it!” I said no, just refund me the difference... she said that she could not do that either....WHAT!!!! She said she could only offer me a $5 in store credit.... I finally agreed..... called back today, roughly 2 weeks later, ordered and pizza and asked to use my in store credit... she put the manager on and she told me she had no record of a credit or even me ordering a pizza..... but she did offer to take $1 off....
