Tony's Coneys — Restaurant in Darby Township

My family and I were out enjoying a beautiful fall day yesterday and wanted to cap off the day with a meal and ice cream from Tony's. It was quite crowded when we arrived just before dinner time. We stepped up to the window to place our order amidst about 5 other couples or groups. About 2 to 3 groups had already ordered and were waiting for their food. While we stood there, another 6 to 7 groups or couples came up to the window to get in line behind us. We waited, and waited, and waited at the window while the 2 girls and the guy inside completely ignored us! They would come over to the window, right in front of us, and rudely yelled out the names that the orders belong to and gave them their food/ice cream. They never acknowledged us, greeted us, or even made eye contact! We were the 1st group standing by the window to order. Cars filled the parking lot as the drive-through line extended out almost to the street. While we stood there and waited, being ignored, every single couple or group except for one other LEFT and never ordered. We stood there literally for nearly 30 minutes completely ignored! Just walked out after waiting our time in line to stand at the counter again for 15 minutes without being acknowledged or even told someone will be right with us. The lady cashing out the person ahead of us kept apologizing to the customer saying she has been sick the past 4 days!? Not something we wanted to hear.. After serving the person ahead of us she started stocking the straws, fine we understand that, then she walks away not saying a single word to us!? We waited a few more minutes to see if she would come back and we never did see her!? My fiance asked one of the other 3 girls working behind the counter if the cashier knew we were here and haven't been served. Her response was "We just got a $90 order probably not." So we gave it a few more minutes and again NOBODY said I'm so sorry for your wait we will be right with you or anything! At this point the entire room was full of people! We ended up walking out because STILL nobody said I'll be right with you or anything. EXTREMELY poor service. Coney dog was good, BLT was ok, bacon was hard to find, no mayo, coney fries were OK. Had to ask for knapkins, forks, and mayo. When went to ask for mayo, told them I wanted to go ahead and order shakes. The girl said she had already taken an order, I would have to wait. Ok, I waited over 5/10 minutes standing outside the window. Finally, another teenager came and took my order. while I was waiting there was a line of about 7 cars in drive thru, barely moving. Two guys asked how long I had been waiting, I said alittle over 5 minutes, they said they didn't want to wait 45 minutes for a couple of shakes(sarcastically), and drove off. A lady in a car pulled up, then pulled away. While standing there, I realized there were 6 teenagers working. After I sat down, my husband said there was an adult woman working, which, I did not see. The concrete patio was a mess, needed power washed. The trash can was over flowing, and there were sweat bees everywhere, and all over the trash can.
