Mi Casita llc Authentic Mexican Food — Restaurant in Darlington

Very clean, well lit, and tasteful interior. Exterior is thoughtfully accented. Staff is very friendly. Menus and signage are bilingual. Restrooms are separate and clean. The food was fantastic. Starting with fresh cut chips and fresh salsa with a good balance of flavors, the main courses followed and rocked. Chimichangas were creative and delicious. Negatives: None of our food was "authentic", and the quality was subpar. Our waitress didn't speak much English so it was difficult to get our questions answered. It smelled like their sewer backed up. When we opened the door to leave, we almost got electrocuted (sparks flew); a long electrical cord was plugged into an outside light. Positives: Low prices, clean, nice staff/manager. (We weren't charged, since we didn't eat much of our food.)

We had a fabulous meal at Mi Casita and were so excited to find this little gem while visiting Darlington. The food was deliciously authentic with rich flavors.
