Brought my daughter for dinner tonight. Waited 15 minutes, ordered, 20 minutes later, I was told my dinner is charred (burnt) and they were going to make another. No problem as the waitress was very nice and apologized. Another 20 minute wait, the waitress comes over to apologize as she sets my dinner down in front of me, 4 small pieces of burnt meat! She said she would get me the dessert and cappuccino I had mentioned I was going to order after dinner. I thanked her and I said I understand, things happen. Two minutes later, the manager Sidney comes over and says, he heard the dinner is taking to long and the steak is too burnt for me. I told him, we had been there approximately an hour. He snapped and said, it was only 28 minutes as he checked the ticket. Meals aren’t free until after 30 min! I told him we were there prior to her submitting the ticket! At this point I lost my appetite for any part of the meal that may have been edible. I am highly insulted as I was not asking for a free meal and I would not lie! I did tip the waitress as it was not her fault they do not care about customer service! Needless to say, we will never step foot in Below Average Joes Again!

Had a great time at Joe's original for dinner. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for autumn and had plenty of seating at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. The complimentary bread and oil dip cannot be beat, and is some of my favorite bread! My dining partner ordered a lavender lemonade and it was deliciously sweet. For meals, I ordered the spice crusted swordfish kebabs, it was supposed to come with apricot butter on top of the sweet potatoes which is why I ordered it but unfortunately they were out for the day. Well the butter was the main reason I ordered the dish, everything else was absolutely amazing and the swordfish had great flavor. The other meal which was ordered was the kids size salmon which was surprisingly generous portion and definitely enough for an adult with leftovers. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and constantly refilled my iced tea with a fresh lemon each time. Food service was fast and they were nice enough to give me extra rolls and oil to take home with my leftovers without me asking.

I go today to take my daughter to lunch to your place because she is so excited to visit your place, I visited your place couple times but the service for the waitress and the begging when she approved to the table to ask what us wanna drink she is so nice, but later when I ask her for another coke she bring to the table and left and I call her and ask for straws because she never give us from the beginning, so I start eat my food but is is really full whit the nachos and ask her for something to go she bring us a carton container, I tell her is that is good for put my pasta because is sauce and I don’t Gonna drop the food in my car she say that the only one in the place , but for us surprise couple people left the restaurant with plastic containers and is no even pasta just bread , I really get upset because when I landed home I have to throw the food because is in the bag . And my daughter is so sad ..and give her a tip when she don’t deserve for the attention and the bad customer service..

READ ME!! I recently just had the wonderful pleasure of dining at Joe's Original Kitchen and I must say,.. the Seared Blackened Swordfish and Jambalaya dish exceeded my expectations. The swordfish was cooked to perfection with a flavorful blackened crust that added a delightful smoky touch. The jambalaya was a true taste of New Orleans, with a harmonious blend of spices you could differentiate, comes w/ tender shrimp, and savory sausage. Ohhh my gwwaad! The portions were generous, and the presentation was visually appealing. Everything matched well. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying the seared blackened swordfish and jambalaya dish at Joe's. Idk what it is about this spot but they have an entire staff that cares from the second you walk through the doors, let's be honest that my friends is very Very rare nowadays. Thankfully Not HERE!!! Very Very Very well done 👍🏻

I read the reviews and stopped in with two young once’s for lunch and boy was I disappointed. We started which nachos that came out literally as much as a small bag of chips and they were burnt. My kid ate one and yelped that it tasted like “burnt”. I asked the waitress if they usually look like that or if the cook burnt them and she said they usually come burnt by accident and laughed. Apparently they get out in the brick oven which is why they look like that…the manager agreed with me that they were burnt and refunded which was nice. Then the main course came and the Nashville hot taste super ghost peppery instead of other Nashville hot flavors I have tasted but it was mediocre at best. The grilled cheese was more disappointing. The cheese was like prepackaged wax cheese which you could see the super shine in the pictures. $60+ for three ppl for this trash was super disappointing I won’t be back!
