You only have to look at the cringe responses from the owner to see what the new management is like. I removed my previous 5-star because it was for the previous owner, like you're asking others to do :) I've heard nothing bad experiences from friends - coupons have no expiration date, but being told they're expired. Owner blatantly lying and saying a mailer is 10 months old when the store has only been open for 8, and the first mailer was only sent in August. Not the kind of people I would want to support. Pizza is mediocre. It's always made with way too much crust and not enough sauce, definitely not worth the prices, and not the same as it was under the previous owners. Here's a tip that could change your business- Google "How to handle negative feedback". It's business 101, even us small business owners know to do it. Hint- telling everyone who calls you out or says something you don't like that they are lying is NOT the way to hold on to customers, especially in a small...

We were told it would be up to an hour wait time for our food to be delivered. An hour and a half later, I called and was told that it was just leaving their door and was still fresh and not sitting there the whole time. It was finally delivered nearly 2 hours past the time of ordering, missing the 2 liter that was part of the "deal" we got. We said forget the drink as it was already super late, and when we went inside to eat, everything was cold and tough to eat/chewy. I called the store to notify them of the missing drink, and they said the driver was already on his way back with it when we live about 10 minutes from the place and the driver had just delivered the food... Still haven't gotten the drink, either.

This place used to be great, can't say it's anything close to how it has been in the past. For the amount we paid, I could have went out to eat and been back home before this order...

We are from Michigan. My son got married last weekend, we needed to host a dinner on Friday evening for 75 guests. Tom did a great job helping us figure out what and how much we needed. We ordered 21 pizzas 4 different kinds, garlic bread, 14lbs of chicken wings and dips. We needed them delivered to Collinwood park for 6pm. Everything arrived on time, all was hot, and everything was 5*! I would recommend Jimmie’s any day for small or large groups!...
