I donât know what happened here! We were used to purchase food at this location frequently. The location is very convenient for us because is near our home. I think that probably we easily were generating around $100.00 - $120.00 in monthly profit, to this BK location. Their customer service used to be extremely efficient and the attention to the details of the orders from behalf of the employees was remarkably good. It was our prefered BK spot! I donât know what happened but the entire thing crashed and is burning. The last four orders we have placed through the window have been all messed up. You order something they give you whatever they want to give you instead, they give you an attitude if you aske them to fix the order, they charge you for items that you ordered nut they didnât included in the bags, they just completely ignore the details regarding customer preferences. This is the worst Burger King branch in the Plantation/Davie area at this moment in time! Tonight we went to order 3 custom sandwiches, nothing fancy extra mayo, no pickles, add cheese, etc . . . After waiting around 8 minutes W/O no previous customers at all in line, the entire order was handed all wrong! I asked the cashier girl if she was sure the items were the correct items that I originaly ordered, because I checked the note and it was missing a detail I told her when the order was place. She warranted that the order was correct. I was onligated to show her the items and explain the details of the order a couple of times again. After she realized that they gave us the items with the wrong specs that we asked, she took one of the sandwiches, and probably remade it or probably not, probably they just replaced the components that were wrong. My wife and me were kind of scared, we though that they were probably might even spit in the sandwich. We waited 8 minutes again and the sandwich came and was handed to us. No apologies, nothing not even a "thank you for waitting". I mean brother when you work in this places you need to pay attention to what you are doing. You are not supposed to be talking with your colleagues when you are taking, or working a customerâs order because you will get distracted for sure, which they were doing there all the time non stop. Or looking at your fingernails meanwhile you talk on the phone with whatever you was talking on the cell phone in front of the cash register! The customers pay your salary, please respect your customers and appreciate that they are supporting your job by choosing to buy food in the place you are working! This Burger King has been sucking really bad since a couple of months ago; their service is the worst in their area. The new personnel is not efficient doing their job and arenât even friendly. They donât even show basic customer service courtesy. Honestly the owner of this place should consider seriously to put an efficient supervisor during nigth hours, or getting rid of the employees that they have and replace them with efficient people who know how to deal with customers, or closing the place for good. The last purchase we made there was tonight 8/20/2023 between 8:15PM and 8:40PM. A windows order that should take only 5 minutes maximum took around 20 minutes in the entire process. What is that? I mean this is a fast food place! A place that sell food at a fast pace! It is ridiculous. And on top of that, orders with wrong or missing items, that were ordered and charged but never delivered to the customers, wrong sandwiches configurations, seasoned with an extremely poor customer service courtesy. It is a shame of a place to eat. Having seen that, I honestly cannot imagine how bad potentially the sanitary conditions inside this place are. Definetly my âď¸ favorite âď¸ fast food restaurant. Anybody who hates on this location simply just doesn't like burger king, or didn't give it another try. I came here every day for 3 school years straight and I have zero complaints. First of all, The burgers, don't miss! The frozen drinks, like the frozen coca cola, always hit hard. The cookies and the vanilla soft serve were also a great combo with a frozen drink, resulting in only $5 spent max! Those French fries, or even better, the mozzarella sticks, were a taste of heaven after 8 hours of school. The only thing that's a bit pricey are the bigger burgers, like the whoppers, which has so much stuff in it it makes sense to make it cost $5-$9. Will forever be a memory engraved in my mind, running out of Indian Ridge Midde School (school that's a 3 minute walk away) after 4 p.m, to go to burger king, see my friends, and get the first free cup of water.
The drive thru is excellent, and the cashiers do their best to get your order. If you plan to come here in the time range of 4-4:30 p.m on a school day and dine inside, be prepared to see a mini army of kids ordering from these beautiful hard working top tier cashiers (they don't bite)
Honestly I think these guys should get paid a mini wage for taking so many middle schoolers in, even if a lot of times we didn't have money, or were wet from the rain, or left a mess. The staff here is an absolutely unstoppable force of just good kindhearted people, who won't let people get away with hurting their customers while they're inside. They could've kicked us out but they didn't, and I, without a doubt, wouldn't have felt comfortable getting picked up as late as I sometimes did, if it weren't for this restaurant, it's amazing A.C, and such a friendly group of workers. Truly changed the student experience of many.
This review speaks on the behalf of the over at least 700 kids that have visited this burger king after school in the past several years. Also on the behalf of the few, at least 100 kids, who visited it before school hours, at 7 a.m, due to being dropped off at school too early, to the point where the gates weren't open (usually because of a parent's busy work schedule)
Best customer service I've ever had was here. The staff behind the scenes are a team of young and old hard at work, motivated people. They get the order done, and they make sure it's right, and give it to you with far better quality than a McDonald's or another fast food place ever could. Can't compliment burger king enough. I'm in love with their burgers and the dedication they put into the entire building. It's always looking so clean. So grateful it was placed right next to my middle school

   Read moreEasily the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I drove up to grab some breakfast because I was in a rush, but the menu was still on the lunch menu. When I asked the drive-through employee if they had a breakfast menu, they told me it was on the other side, and that the team from the previous night forgot to flip the menu. She then told me that if I wanted to, I could always get out of my car to walk around to see the other side of the menu to order breakfast. Maybe I expect too much, but if it were me working inside, I wouldâve ran outside to the drive-through to flip the menu for the customer.
I decided to go inside and order instead. I ordered a total of six sandwiches for my friends and me. One of the employees gave me a bag with only 4 sandwiches and told me to have a nice day. I asked the employees to confirm how many sandwiches I ordered, one of them told me six and gave me a blank stare. I gave back the bag they initially gave me and I asked her to count how many sandwiches were inside. They told me 4 sandwiches and gave me another blank stares. It wasnât until I specifically asked them where the remaining 2 were that they said it was being made.
