Checkers — Restaurant in Dayton

By far the worst service and checkers ever!!! We went through drive-thru and had two separate orders...mine was the 2 spicy chickens extra pickles for $3 and loaded funnel cake fries...and the next order was the double chicken and double checker burger no pickles or onions for $4 and a medium fry, funnel cake fry and two other burgers. And a strawberry stacker. Well I didn't get my spicy chicken I got double chicken and double fish . And my loaded funnel cake fries were soggy and thrown around. The other order got a total oder of ,4 burgers, 1 fry and funnel cake fry. And no strawberry stacker...We waited at that window a good 30 mins before anything was said about our order. Me and my family watched a man come from the back and get a drink, and 2 other women standing around up front... then a lady came to the window and I said "where is my order, what's wrong?" (Not to mention none of the people I saw through the window had on gloves or a hairnet) And she replied "it's coming right out, can I offer y'all some ice cream?" We took the ice cream none the less, but still waited about 15 more mins.... We got the order (mentioned above) almost didn't get the loaded funnel cake fries, gave us an extra funnel cake fry.... We checked the count of items... And assumed everything was fine... Because as 'PAYING' customers, we shouldn't have to check inside every single burger.. Before washing our hands. Usually like this location a lot very fast, polite and fresh... during the day that is. At night its a different story. I pull up to the window and they dont say anything just take my money. I wait for at least 5 mins. I get home look in the bag and my burgers are beat up!!! I take it apart to reassemble it and i see that the cheese is microwaved off along with the mayo. The chicken patties were to hard to bite but still seemed raw... All the burgers were like this. I called and told them but they could only help if i drove back up there which i would not do. Since i had to cook something we could eat. Now i feel sick. I sure do hope someone gets the night shift to...

It's sad because I really like this place I work in the area so I eat here often Last night after coming in I paid for my food with a debit card To my surprise 3 hours later a second charge was made to my debit card No I'm not someone who gets mad about $6.50 but when an employee of a company steals from a patron of that establishment it is sick in despicable The owner of the store needs to do a little more due diligence when hiring people to work behind the counter I will not be returning to this checkers as I am worried that next time my bank account could be drained completely Be Vigilant and aware or this could...
