Gayle is really nice but we were extremely displeased with the end product. The cake and pie looked great but... A pecan pie isn't supposed to be runny like carmel syrup on the inside, it definitely wasn't set up and it wasn't in a hot environment. I realize it may have been difficult to do a decorated cake out of German chocolate but there really wasn't enough of the coconut "frosting" used between the layers to get the real German chocolate cake flavor. The small bead of frosting that was around the bottom of the base didn't really stay with the cake as it was sliced to serve. The leaves and camo were done well and...

Gayle's Cakes and Bakery goods are Superb! She also teaches cake classes and she is an excellent instructor as well as very informative. She has a great deal of knowledge in her industry, is very patient and positive with her students and is a super nice person as well. She makes you feel like "you can do this!" So you should visit her store, try some goodies for yourself, and sign up...

This place is gross there are homeless people haning around the building all day she allows then to use her bathroom and coolers I witness them in the prep area and coolers

We ordered a yellow cake with vanilla buttercream and got coconut frosting instead
