Holley's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in De Motte

Went there for a beer on a Tuesday and wanted to shoot some eight ball. Gave my card and opened tab. Only had the one beer and left. I tipped a dollar and signed it for $4. My credit card charge was for $11. Called then and asked about it and after some time on the phone the employee said she found ticket and it was for $11 and I didn’t sign it. I told her that it was wrong and that it should have only been $4 with my signature .She said she would have the mngr call and they never called. So I went up there. The employee then said the manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in until 10 pm and said there was no way to call or talk to her. I don’t want to have to dispute this charge and mess their merchant account up but I have to do what I have to do. Someone there had to have changed the ticket and threw away the one I signed. I can’t say for sure that is what happened but I signed one for $4 and they had only one for $11 no signature so my opinion is my own....

If I could give it no stars I would. I get there and they closed the kitchen at 9pm on a Saturday which to me is unusual for weekend. Then when we were trying to get a drink the bartender ignored us for a little over 10 minutes even though she saw us. Then she was being somewhat rude to us. Then when we got drinks they were terrible. I would have rather drank urine over that drink. I highly don't recommend this place until the owner does something about the kitchen, service,...

I love this place it is very friendly and low key! The bartenders are great and so is the food! Although i have never seen a problem often, The bartenders handle any problems very well. It's a very great establishment to come eat food and hang w friends! All the bartenders are amazing and definitely deserves credit. The owner definitely has a great staff for sure! Has fun things to do like darts, pool, skeeball. Amazing! You shld check it out!
