Bliss Ice Cream & illy Caffe — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

I was going here to support a local business, but have been unsatisfied with the service and quality of the food. The 2 ice creams we got took so long for the woman to make, and there was noone inside or in the drivethrough line except us. I was in my car with no ac with the kids, eo the wait was awful. I got 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, but what I got was 2 bagles that had been over microwaved and were chewy, with no butter or anything! It doesn't hurt to toast your bagels, I mean come on. The woman at the window is so stale, and not personnal at all. With so many other ice cream places available in the area, I will be taking my business there instead because Bliss just got added to my do not return list... It was today, around 10-11...

Not feeling the "bliss" from my experience. I'm not to sure that I'll return here. First visit awhile back I ordered a tuna bagel sandwich, the tuna bagel was not only a sloppy mess but it was as hard as a rock. I threw it away. Fast forward. I asked for a cherry dip. Ordered a few from here in the past. This one , I was very dissatisfied. It was also a sloppy mess, the guy wrapped the napkin onto the coating before it dried, I couldn't eat the cone without eating the napkin it stuck too. The cherry dip coating was ORANGE and the coating was so thin you could see the ice cream. Who ever dipped it, needs better training. Just lost a good customer, ordered a sub with extra cheese got home and had no cheese at all. I called and they told me that the owner had to have the sub to verify that I was not lying. I couldn't return to store the same day . So pretty much told me too bad.. we order party subs frequently so they know who we are, the person at drive through asked us if we were going to use their catering services in the future. So hopefully the owner reads this and realizes that his policy is ridiculous, I would not lie about not getting any cheese especially when I paid for extra.
