Terrible terrible experience. I was overly patient but will never return and suggest you don't go either. I have emailed the company, but no one responded. Upon arriving, there were multiple females at the front station, and none of them addressed us, so we browsed through the merchandise in the front case. After a few minutes, we were greeted by a man (later identified as the general manager). He brought us to a table. This was our first time visiting, so we happily browsed the menu, admired the scenery, and waited to be greeted by our waitress. We watched the waitresses zoom by our table and eagerly address their tables with typical waitress conversations. After 15 minutes we were still un acknowledged by anyone so to give a hint we were ready to be helped we we set our menus at the edge of the table, 5 different waitresses zoomed past our table refusing eye contact or acknowledgement. We had tried multiple times to get their attention with no success. They were busy comversing at the waitress or drink stations. Twenty-five minutes after being seated, I was able to get a waitresses attention and ask if we had come at a bad time? She stared at me blankly and walked away. Then the man who seated us came to the table said he was sorry and that it was his fault. He took our order. Next , we brought our drinks by female. Then, my salad was brought by a different female. Then our food was brought by a different female and 3 mins after we got our food, yet a different female came and asked if we were good. It seemed like things were turning around. We were enjoying our meal and my son finished his drink. After 5 mins of being empty, I moved the drink to the edge of the table and tried to get a waitress attention but they spent their free time conversting at the waitress station. Then my drink was empty, so I also set it on the edge of the table. I'm hoping to get someone's attention. But it didn't help and we finished our meals. Thirty-seven minutes went by before we were able to get someone's attention (the waitress who checked on us three minutes after our food arrived). At this point, I advised her that we had a terrible experience and asked for a manager. To which she replied that you already talked to the manager, and he's gone now. I explained the situation to her, and she stared blankly at me and showed zero concern for my terrible customer experience. She pushed the blame to the team and made excuses for why I had this experience. I then asked if there was someone in leadership who I could chat with to report my experience. She said I didn't know and walked away. Another 15 minutes went by, and a female identified as the bar manager came to the table and asked what happened. I explained the experience, and she listened, and it was the first point in my visit. I felt some form of guniunie customers service. She apologized, and I could see she was in shock with how the situation unfolded. She wasn't sure what to do but did offer to...
Read moreI Ordered Mahi and Shrimp Dinner for $33.00 it said it came with one side (rice) plus one choice side I chose salad. When order came, there was no rice on the plate other than directly under the Mahi, in all there were maybe 4 tablespoons of rice, tiny amount. I told waitress asked for more rice, she brought a tiny portion of rice again (little more this time maybe 6 tablespoons and charge extra $3.00 for this, so the $33.00 +$3 is $36 plus upcharge was for salad +$2/3.00? too so close to $40 for my dinner. I could have had 2 dinners for this at a similar place, I mean we ate with plastic dinnerware...also on salad I said hold croutons but they still were on plate. Waitress did not come to check if food was OK after it was served. I would have showed her the plate looked empty half white with the rice hiding under the fish...it was disappointing for an expensive dinner. Last year I did not have this problem and portions were generous, very disappointed. Our dinner totaled $115.00 for 2 and with tip we left $140 behind...way to expensive to eat with plastic cutlery. Needless to say our date night turned out to an argument about the price, the rice and the situation, so night was ruined. I don't think the young waitress cared when I told her there was almost no rice on my dinner plate. It was yesterday Thursday evening dinner and they were not busy few people in only, around &;30-8PM, Maybe cook did not want to cook a new batch of rice so made a decision to serve less? Usually the plate was nicely dressed with letters and few slices of tomatos or veggies this plate was BARE, the fish was hiding tiny amount of rice and the shrimp were...
Read moreI have a shell fish allergy and anything fried is fried in the same fryer, that can be very dangerous for someone with serious food allergies, I was with a large group (9 people) we ordered some appetizers they came out in about 20 mins and that should have shown us what we had to look forward to for dinner. The food we received looked and tasted underwhelming to say the least. I couldn't eat any of the stuff bc it was all fried and not vegetarian but from what I was told it wasn't very good. When our dinner finally arrived, mostly everyone at the table ordered the ribs, received the smallest chewy ribs we had ever seen and the price was expensive for them. As I stated before I am a vegetarian so I was looking forward to fried pickles and some other fired dish bc I cant stand the black bean burger most restaurants serve, they are always bland and mushy in my opinion. Unfortunately as I stated in the beginning of my review I have a serious shell fish allergy so that took off what I had planned to eat and ordered a salad instead well It took over an hour to receive our dinner, our server seemed to never be around and drinks we had to wait for and dirty plates and cups sat until our dinner arrived and how sad it was to receive such a sad quality meal for everyone. My salad was placed under the heat lamp for so long it had turned to water hot mush by the time the rest of the tables food was in the window. I get it, it's a bar. You are there to drink and enjoy the view, but the food should be equally important. It was not overly busy it wasn't super packed or anything so none of us could figure out why the service was so terrible. I...
