McDonald's — Restaurant in Decatur

Yeah, you know what, screw this place. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I eat here for the cheap, fast food, but even I have limits when it comes to poor service. Never going here again.

Update: 6/23....Come on! How do you guys screw the same order in the same way, two days in a row, by switching the fry sizes and the diet coke for regular? Even High School kids shouldn't be this incompetent. Even worse what that the burger I ordered was a Quarter Pounder. It was odd I got it immediately after ordering. It was covered in dehydrated onions and was room temperature, indicating it was a canceled order that they lazily saved for the next person.

Update: 6/12....Drive thru was quick this time. Food was even hot. I just have trouble comprehending how I order a large meal with a diet coke, the cashier and window server even ask and I confirm that I ordered a large meal with a diet coke, and they hand me a regular coke and medium fries. Come on high school kids that are out for the summer, Focus!

Update: 3/29....I hate being too lazy to cook, so went here again. Got in drive thru line at 5:11pm. Didn't get to order until 5:19pm. Guy had me repeat my order several times and still didn't get my drink right. Multiple people were tired of waiting and drove away. Paid at 5:28. Git food at 5:29. Fries were cold. Nuggets were cold. They also forgot the sauce. Seriously McDonald's....this kind of service is absolutely pathetic.

I don't know, but I'm thinking this is easily the worst Mcdonald's in north Alabama. It might be that it sometimes takes 30 minutes from the time I enter the drive thru line to when I get my food. It might be that my fries are almost always room temperature when I get them. It might be that they never, literally ever, fill the large fry box all the way. It might be that today, even the Quarter Pounder was room temperature. For a fast food restaurant, you'd figure I'd get my food at least within ten minutes of ordering, and it would be hot.

At least the people who work there...

I ordered a crispy chicken biscuit, a large mocha iced latte with 1 extra shot of expresso, and a large caramel frappe. After I finished ordering the lady said mumbled something through the drive thru mic. I don't think she expected me to hear her. We got to the window and she handed us a large iced coffee and small iced mocha. We said what is this. She just closed the window and walked away. We stayed at the window because we knew that is not what we ordered. She came back o the window finally with the rudest look on her face. I said yes ma'am this isn't right. She said we have a large iced coffee and small mocha. I told her that is incorrect. You repeated my order back to me at the window and that isn't what I ordered. She wanted the wrong drinks back, fine we didn't want them, they were wrong. She then gave us the " iced mocha latte with 1 extra shot of expresso" but it tasted like straight expresso. Like she purposely made it unconsumable. I took a sip and had to spit it out. Fine. My friend said she would try to make it work anyway. She had also told us to pull up and wait for the large caramel frappe because she had other orders to fulfill, well first of all your not done fulfilling my order so what makes the people behind me more important. Also I asked for a reciept, mainly because she was doubting what we ordered at the drive thru) and she wouldn't give it to me, I guess so I couldn't complain to corporate or...

It started at the drive-thru no one in line 11:45 a.m., no one responded in the intercom I waited for two or three minutes. I then went to the window and explained but no one acknowledged met at the drive-thru. Cashier then had an attitude even after me being friendly about it. Waited 7 minutes after that to finally get to the next window., then the drink was wrong and the French fries were not even hot or fresh. Before driving off asked for some hot fries please oh, I could see four cars behind me so I would think they would have Fry's dropped in more than one basket to accommodate everyone in the lunch crowd. My bag was given back to me with no smile, no apology, and no comment. I get down the road and the quarter pounder was just as cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Waste of time and money. If window number 2 realized that is taking an extremely long time to get the food out then they should be sure that the next cars that are behind the one that is currently in front of window needs to have all of their food either recooked or fresh hot food so that's when it's handed out it's not cold because it's been...
