Always have had a good experience. Employees are super nice, food is always fresh, hot and good. It may take a little longer, but you know it will be fresh food when you get it! And it's not that bad of a wait!!! I've definitely been to MUCH worse Wards...as of today, July 22, 2017, I purchased the BEST Butterfinger twist from this Ward's!! Thanks very much! JUST now...called b4 I left to preorder and no answer? Got there and nobody there except employees. Called again and still no answer while in parking lot. Got to window after order, asked her name for consumer reviews and she seemed that she didn't like that? When I was leaving, i td her thank you and she said nothing, but I guess politely closed...

Me and my husband try to get away and treat ourselves to Wards every two to three weeks there-abouts. Well two weeks ago, we ordered our regular- both same double Bigguns extra onions, extra chilli. We get them, sit in the parking lot and eat and enjoy- this time Not. The darn thing was COLD. Burger, bun, Chilli, all of it was cold!! Me and the husband was discussed.
