It was my first time trying out this restaurant and I was disappointed in the food. The salsa they give you with the chips had too much pepper in it. I ordered a plate of “caldo de birria” which was tasteless, it was water and guajillo chile blended together. My sister had their molcajete and it was not that great either. My husband had costillas en salsa verde and it had too much pepper as well. It looks like the chef that was on duty that day loves pepper because it was on everything. I ordered a topochico preparado and asked the waitress what was in it, she didn’t know what they put it in. This is the best mexican food in the entire area! First time visit tonight and everything was outstanding from the service to the food. Our server Alison was so kind and accomodating. My kids and I split the Molcajete with shrimp added. It comes with cactus which is meh, but I've never tried cactus so I'm not sure what to compare it to. The steak, chicken, chorizo, mozzarella, and shrimp were all cooked perfect and so tasty. Make sure and ask for their green sauce as well. The kiddos enjoyed jarritos and they have all the flavors.
