Teppan Hut — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

I was directed here by coworkers that raved of this food truck, and I was not disappointed. The drive thru was convenient and quick, pulling under a tent to stay dry; the server taking orders was funny, informative and quite the salesman. The quantity of food delivered was surprising, and the quality was superb. The variety of meats was great, getting a combo of shrimp and pulled pork with a side of ribs for all to sample. The food arrived hot with a scrumptious scent. A review I read mentioned requesting apples and getting a salad; perhaps he didn’t understand it was apple-basil dressing for a salad, not apples. The mango tang was a mildly sweet, refreshing and tasty drink. In and out with our food carried to where we were parked in less than 15 minutes! Food tasted great, order guy was lively. You pull into the car port from behind so you pull through with the whiteboard by your driver's side door.

No seats or anything, this is a drive through only sort of deal. They take both cash and card.

Had a stomach ache later and didn't think much of it until telling my coworkers about the place. Apparently they had gotten sick from it a few weeks back and hadn't been since.

Maybe don't buy this your first time if you're going back to work right after. Maybe take it home to see if your stomach agrees with it.

First time to try this food truck. Ordered the Brisket with added side of pork belly and chicken. The Chicken was a bit dry, the pork belly was good, the brisket was amazing, especially the cut we had which had a good amount of fat.
