The Tamales Spot III — Restaurant in Deer Park

This place is amazing. I see a lot of folks who are on a food diet sized meal plan complaining about their food being gross and unhealthy. Well, that is inaccurate. I have been coming here every morning for the last year on my way to work. Their breakfast tacos are on pint and stuffed. I have never had a problem. Their salsa has me running for my water. It’s a flavorful and spicy salsa. I can appreciate a good salsa. Their food is always seasoned just right. As far as the grease part… it’s not bad at all. It’s not enough to give it a bad review. Their pricing is not bad at all. Especially with the prices on everything going up. Buying the ingredients and making them yourself would probably be a better budget fit for those complaining. As far as it being in a gas station? It’s convenient and local. It helps out the work force and people who have to get up early and just go. It’s also what’s within their budget so why are you complaining? If you want to go on a mission to look for a restaurant at 5 or 6 am then do that. This place is not for you. It’s quick and easy. I didn't know this place existed inside Buzzy Bee. A coworker asked me to stop by here and pick her up a breakfast taco and to get myself one. Im glad I did. The tacos are so good and it was stuffed. The tortillas were freshly made and soft. They had so many options to choose from. I made conversation with the people working who I assume were the owners. I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The tamales are always on point, and I love that they have different tamale options like the Boudin Tamales.It’s definitely worth a shot!
