My wife ordered dinner for our family of 4. Once she arrived to pick it up she had to wait for 10-15 minutes. After this time my wife was informed my ruben and her club were not available as they didn't have the ingredients, after she had already paid... My wife stated that they should cancel the order. They then persisted to tell her she had to pick something else. My wife refused, and requested a refund. They stated they would not refund. Eventually they stated that they would refund the things that they charged her for but they were out of. She stated this wasn't acceptable, nor was the attempted bait and switch. My wife left as the food was not done and stated she still wanted a refund. They called her after this saying the portion of her order they could make was ready. I am probably their biggest fan, oh yes. I'm giving myself that title. I am one of those people that gets addicted to certain food and won't stop eating it for months! This is my newest obsession, although it's been about 7 straight months and I don't see myself getting tired of it anytime soon. I love their pizza, best pizza joint between Columbiaville and Lapeer. Their ranch is Christ's saliva. It's delicious. Best ranch/pizza combo around. Not to mention once you establish a relationship with these people they'll treat you like family. Amazing customer service, kitchen staff and food. My favorite pizza joint! Who knew a little store on the outskirts of Lapeer, hidden away to the side of a country road could be so damn good. Great pizza! Personable and caring staff. The owners take pride in their pizza and it shows. Their pepperoni and sausage along with other ingredients are high quality and far superior than all others around. Always a good amount of cheese. Their BLT pizza is my personal favorite along with the antipasto salad. The steak pizza is delicious if you want something without red sauce. My family must get the cheese bread, every time!
