McDonald's — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. After waiting in a long line of cars for well over 5 minutes in the drive thru, my 2 daughters and I went inside to place our order. We ordered and waited for another several minutes. After receiving our order, we left so the girls could get to school. My oldest daughter ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle. After getting down the road a ways, we realized that she had received a bacon, egg & cheese McGriddle instead. As she is not a fan of bacon, she would not eat it. Everyone working at 5:00 p.m. 3/27/25 needs a raise fr. Me, my wife, and two dogs went through the drive through on a busy rush hour and took a bit of time to order but it didn’t bother any of them. We got to the window and the very polite employee didn’t hesitate to give two pup cups, and our order was friggin perfect. 20 Fresh made crispy chicken nuggets, a perfectly made Big Mac with no lettuce or pickles and added tomatoe slices. Better energy would be great from afternoon staff. I know that morning staff is known for being good here. Teach the young ones how to interact better and create a enjoyable environment for themselves. If you try to have fun, work won't feel like work. Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds so food was okay, and once again wanna see more energy from the teens and young adults working there. Itll make a difference all round for that place.
