Big Dog Pub — Restaurant in Deerfield

We just came up from north carolina, and was looking for a place to eat and stumbled across this pub, and it is the most greatest experience I've ever had at a restaurant, i never usually leave reviews but this place was so good I had too, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was awsome, I felt like I known all the staff for years, they were great kind and just generally awsome people, i felt like family. We started out with a party of 3 which quickly turned into a party of 8. We had a bunch of apps, dinner, and drinks. The wings were great as we had a couple different flavors and everyone enjoyed their dinners. I had a steak and cheese sub (very good). Our server Kaleigh was fantastic. We are a very high maintenance bunch and she was extremely tolerant of us. She even helped us learn how to play Keno. Overall we had a great experience and can't wait to go back. We stopped in on our way back from the Deerfield Fair for "normal " food and a place to chill. What a pleasant surprise. There was a fantastic guitarist playing, Chris Torrey. Makes a lot of music with one guitar. Great voice and nice variety of songs. We had delicious chicken tenders and beer. They were very accommodating with food allergies too.
