I had lunch here today and the food was excellent. New England Clam Chowder at Charlie's Pizzeria and Restaurant is an absolute delight for seafood enthusiasts. Served piping hot, it boasts a creamy texture with generous chunks of tender clams and perfectly cooked potatoes, all delicately seasoned to perfection and not being too heavy. It is must-try for anyone visiting Charlie's. I would say it’s the best I’ve had in New England.

I also had their classic Caesar salad with Seared Scallops. Item was not on the menu but I told the chef that’s what I wanted to eat and he was kind enough to whip it up for me. We ordered for opening day and wow! Food was absolutely amazing. Steak tips are mouthwatering, juicy, tender and deliciousness in every bite. Shrimp in the Panzenella salad was grilled to perfection and the salad was topped with pickled red onions and and homemade croutons drizzled with a balsamic glaze, just magnificent. Buffalo wings appetizer sized just right and a french bread kids menu pizza that my son devoured to its last bite. Service was super friendly and helpful. Bought mozzarella sticks, steak-tip sub, cheese steak and a two chix finger kids meals. Paid $100 with tip. The steaktips were just a cut up steak sirloin for $17. Steaktips are LOIN MEAT marbled with fat so you can chew it, this was like trying to eat shoes leather out of a sub. Garbage. Paid more than my family would have going to Texas Roadhouse.
