Pickle Tree — Restaurant in Deerfield

My husband and I stopped in to eat a bite while visiting a friend close by. I would come back here again. Us Texans are used to a steak sandwich like a chicken fried steak sandwich. This was a legit steak sandwich!!! We are super satisfied with the service and deliciousness of the food! Above and beyond! Highly recommend eating here. Delicious food and great quality! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. A few friends and I wanted to stop somewhere before going to Schusters and this place seemed promising. However, we were met with disappointment. The deep fried pickles were soggy, the food was bland, the Mac and cheese was just from a box, and everyone felt sick after eating what we ordered. Went for Friday dinner, there were plenty of tables which is great. Almost immediately they came to take our order, drinks and appetizer came quick, server was great.

Food was good, pizza had crispy crust and I appreciated the 12 slices. Fish was good as well. Food came out pretty quick too, was hot.
