Extremely rude customer service. The woman with braids in her hair asked me to step away from the counter twice (with an attitude) after my transaction without asking me if I wanted a receipt. I stood there confused for a second that I wasn’t even asked. At the same exact time, another customer had to ask another staff member for a receipt because he did not receive a receipt.

When I asked for the receipt twice, the woman with braids told me they normally don’t give receipts. She immediately gave me an attitude when I asked for a receipt. Her poor attitude was definitely inexcusable!

Furthermore, in order for your company to reimburse your expenses, receipts are a MUST!

I was thrilled when they built this place, but they never have hot food at lunch, dinner, or, apparently any other time. It’s not convenience if all you get when you go in is disappointment.

Tonight we ordered a pizza online. When we went in to pick it up, the guy in the kitchen was complaining to a coworker about how whoever was there before him didn’t do anything and left him with messes and nothing prepped. There was no paper in the order printer, so no one even knew we’d ordered. We told them to forget it and got pizza somewhere else. I don’t think we’ll be coming here anymore...

Store and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Employees are kind, but some are not meeting the customers needs. There also needs to be at least two employees available to run the registers. Gas prices are resonable and are either the same or lower than competitors prices. There is always parking available depending on where you would like to park. Larger vehicles or vehicles with a trailer attached may find it difficult to maneuver around the lot at times, due to the amount of customers or vehicles.
