Taqueria La Fondita — Restaurant in DeLand

This place has some of the most authentic tacos I've tasted while living here. I had a taco de asada with both of their homemade hot sauces. It was delicious as well as their taco de pollo y taco de lengua (cow tongue) I also had their taco de chorizo, which I wasn't a big fan of, as it had some sort of red dye in there, which made it look weird. I wouldn't recommend their agua de Horchata as it is not authentic, tastes nothing like horchata, and again has some sort of pink dye in there, which I'm not a fan of. Finding excellent and authentic, non-chain restaurant Mexican fast food in DeLand is near non-existent. I've personally found only 2 places that I would spend money at to eat edible Mexican food in this town. Today I'm happy to say that I've found a third place that is now my #1 place for fast Mexican food - Taqueria La Fondita! Pick up window/outside covered dining, if so wished. The food, though!!! I am awestruck. I literally lifted my hands to the heavens several times and am usually not the type. It was an amazingly delicious experience. We order the tacos- steak, chicken, pastor, chorizo, and the marinated beef (thanks to an awesome guy who recommended).
