Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Delapre Township

I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL! IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION FOR MONTHS WITH THINGS BEING WRONG HERE AND THERE MOST OF THE TIME. BUT TODAY WAS HORRENDOUS AND THIS TIME I WILL BE COMPLAINING.

TODAY I ORDERED TWO DRINKS AND A SANDWICH, I GO UPTO THE WINDOW TO PAY I ONLY WANT TO SCAN FOR POINTS HOW EVER WHEN I SCAN AND THE WORKER SEES THIS TOO THATS WHAT IM DOING AND GOING TO PAY WITH ANOTHER CARD, HE HANDS THE CARD THE CARD READER OUT THE WINDOW AND I SAY ITS NOT SHOWING ANYTHING. THE KID SAYS IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR… HOW WELL MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED!!!

NEXT HE SAYS IT WILL BE A MOMENT ON MY DRINK AND SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE.

AFTER THAT HE OPENS IT JUST SLIGHTLY AND ASKS IF I WANT WHIP ON MY DRINK I SAY SURE HE SLAMS THE WINDOW AGAIN!

NOW HE OPENS IT AND GIVES ME MY DRINK AND SAYS SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT AND SLAMS IT AGAIN..

SERIOUSLY THIS IS SO RUDE! HE NEVER HELPED FIX THE ISSUE WITH WHAT WAS CHARGED, HE JUST WAS LIKE “OH SORRY” HE TRIED HANDING OUT THE WRONG DRINK, HE SLAMMED THE WINDOW MULTIPLE TIMES ON ME.

AND WELL FRANKLY TODAY MY ‘COFFEE’ TASTES LIKE SLIGHTLY FLAVORED...

I received a gift card from a friend about two months ago. Not being a big coffee drinker, I was trying to decide which coffee drinking friend to give it to. It was for 30.00 so I figured maybe I could get a hot chocolate or something,babe still have plenty on the card. Right. The caramelisious sounded good, hot, so that was it. It was still a little brisk in the morning, so it really hit the spot that morning. And the next morning. And the next. The next. Whatcetera, ad nauseum. Finally, it hit me. I had a problem. I was addicted. The 30.00 gift card was GONE. I , who swore they would NEVER pay 5.00 for a cup of coffee, was right. I wasn't paying 5.00 a cup. I was paying 7.00 a cup. My God. It's well worth every single penny. The only problem is I didn't download the app until around a week ago, so all those ones I ordered pre-app, I didn't get smiles for. (For every dollar you spend, you get 3 smiles. And you can earn free drinks) The young ladies who take my orders are very friendly and efficient. So, thumbs UP, Scooters! Keep up...

I have been going to this location on and off for the last few years. Most recently I noticed they have new people at the register. Any time there has been a mistake made(not many), they have handled it with such care and honesty(I order matchas), that I continue to go there from the way they handle the situation.
