Honestly pretty disappointed. A few months back we wanted to try out the Dingmans location for the first time. Tried calling many times and each time went to some weird voicemail. I sent a message through FB to ask if they were open and got a response back a few hours later saying that the phones were just so busy & to come in next time and place my order. When you have small children you don’t want to go into a restaurant to place a take out order & sit there and wait for it. Anyways- we decided to try again a different time and got through on the phone. My husband ordered a smash burger & I got a baked ziti. I have to say the ziti was good, but my husband was deeply disappointed with his burger. It was so greasy, and the bun was outright slimy and gross. He couldn’t even eat it. Fast forward a few months to now, I convinced my husband to give them another try because I liked my ziti last time. This time they didn’t have ziti so I got the chicken parm, and he tried a sub. His sub was once again super greasy, hard to eat and had little pieces of aluminum foil stuck all in it from the wrapping. I’m not sure what changed with their sauce from last time, but it was not good. I couldn’t even eat the pasta or sauce with my mozzarella sticks. My son also thought it was bad and wouldn’t eat it. I really want this place to do well so I hope they take this review as a suggestion. I've eaten three times now. The highlight so far is the French fries which are amazing. Nice and crispy, but you have to open up the container immediately so they don't get steamed and soggy if you're taking out. Perhaps something other than styrofoam or not sealing the container would be useful.

Ive now had two different burgers and a cheese steak. Both of the burgers were nearly impossible to eat because the bottom bun was soggy from being overloaded and way smaller than the patties. Even if the buns were big enough you couldn't actually eat the thing. I ended up using a knife and fork. Both burgers were overcooked and the bacon on one of the burgers was nearly burned and crunchy, or had been cooked a while back. The flavor was good so there's lots of potential, just the execution wasn't there.

The cheese steak needed salt and the bun was dried out. The steak quality itself wasn't the best but it's ok.

The atmosphere inside is basically the same as the previous two places that were there, which I get and I know its expensive to renovate. But not a very nice place to hang out.

All in all I really do want this place to work! We really need more tasty...
