Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware Township

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I first came in very politely but the female manager who was with a cane was rude and abrupt with me today on 12/20/21 at 12:20pm. I asked if they have the signature white chocolate iced latte which they clearly had in their menu and advertised in the store location. Then the woman barked and said they did not have it. Then when I asked for two peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk she said two regular lattes when I clearly stated peppermint mocha signature lattes. Then when I asked for half dozen doughnuts she would angrily pick them out which is rude and unprofessional. Furthermore the peppermint mocha does not look like in the advertised pictures at all. There isn't whipped cream or the mocha drizzle. It looks like an average/ subpar latte. Dunkin' Donuts do some re training or hire new management because this manager was rude, unprofessional, and this makes me see the difference in quality and customer service. Next time I'll make the drive to Starbucks I hope that Dunkin Donuts reaches back out to me to remedy this horrible experience because this was unacceptable behavior and unprofessional service when I paid decent money and chose to go to this location. Ridiculous. Additionally we asked for napkins and the manager barked at us said it was “outside”. But a nice decent employee gave us napkins. Come on Dunkin, do better. Remedy...

Old food. Bad customer service, and made a big deal about me wanting cream in a ice latte instead of regular milk like no! There’s no way we will do that for you! But then I say ok just put the espresso and ice and I’ll buy cream on the side still no! We won’t do that. They act like I’m ordering an illegal drug or something. They say order ice coffee then we can put cream so why not just do it for my latte??? It’s a button people I worked there before it’s not like I’m Ordering heroin lighten up and find a Way to serve a customer rather than barking orders of what and how we should order. This is Why I stopped going to Dunkin’ and go to Starbucks they are more accommodating...

They are horrible and unprofessional. This is not the first time they messed up my orders. This time I asked for an avocado toast and the bread wasn’t toasted so I returned and they admitted it that they made a mistake but I guess the person who made the mistake was upset I returned, so she decided she was going to burn it this time.
