First of all, they treat their employees disrespectfully and the owner's father loves to berate everyone.
Some other reviews mention uncooked food and week old food and they aren't lying. The chicken gets cooked once a week, both the breasts and wings. The machines used to shred the cheese are barely washed and utilized immediately after with vegetables.
Gluten free crust is cross contaminated with everything else in the kitchen and they encourage their employees to lie to the customer about cross contamination. No gloves are ever enforced when salads have to be made. Salads from the day before are used even if the lettuce is brown and wilting. The pans used to run the pizza through the oven aren't ever properly cleaned, just wiped down with a wet and dirty rag. The cheesesteak meats are cooked 2-3 days ahead of time causing them to be over cooked and dry.
The owner's dad would love to smoke cigarettes while cooking and handling food. The dishes customers were served on were always greasy and just wiped down with rags as well.
The family that runs the business is extremely racist. The prefer Hispanic customers because they can't complain about food because they "don't speak English", they hate black customers because they are "ghetto" and "cheap". The majority of white customers are referred to as crack heads. If they don't like anyone, why run a business and serve those people?

The pizza was terrible - crust looked and tasted pre-made from Pillsbury dough. Sauce tasted like jarred pasta sauce - Ragu. Mozzarella was one slab that can be peeled off, not stretchy at all. The Cheesesteaks were more like chopped meat and there was definitely a funky seasoning added along the lines of Old Bay meets Taco seasoning. Why not just salt and pepper? Read moreWe have been regular customers since they first opened, but sadly we have seen a consistent decline in the food we order. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but again the food is getting worse. Last night's order.....the wings were overcooked and dry, and the Italian sub had a nice roll, lots of filler lettuce, tomato and onion, but a single layer of provolone cheese, a single layer of thin sliced ham and a very thin sliced layer of salami. Doubled over, the meat and cheese measured less than a 1/4" in thickness. We will still get pizza from here but probably not...
