McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

food is almost always wrong or old or just something off with it. they shove everything they can into one bag so you have to pull over and check it. whenever you go inside they ignore you at the front counter for as long as they can get away with.

I myself ordered a ranch snack wrap meal 2 nights ago and was given spicy, okay, so i call in and the manager lets me know i can come back that night or today. I chose to come back today because i’m not wasting gas driving back for their mistake. I come in today with my receipt that the manager said I needed and after waiting 10 minutes at the counter for the man to notice me he comes over, I explain the situation and he tells me that since it happened yesterday he wasn’t going to replace it today, I told him his manager let me know they would and he again repeated that he wouldn’t do it because it happened yesterday lol I then asked him to get his manager and he did and she replaced it but didn’t seem bothered he spoke to me that way, I was honestly afraid to eat the replacement. unfortunately this is one of the only places close to where i live, I can’t...

Hello, As we were passing through Delaware, Ohio we stopped by the McDonalds (address in picture attached) on Friday, August 2nd around 4:30 PM. I went in to use the ladies restroom which was absolutely filthy and has. I toilet paper in one of the stalls. We were coming back through and stopped at this very same McDonald’s... today a number of problems:

1. my husband had to wait at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no service
2. I went to the ladies room while “I thought he’d be done ordering his drink by the time I came out” NO I HAD TO GO ASK FOR HELP!
3. he finally got waited on
4. the fries timer was going off for at least a minute
5. Customer service sign hanging on the wall - We are all about customer service or something along those lines.... NOT AT THIS LOCATION!
6. husband went to get his drink... drink area - was a hot mess - 2 straws in the basket, soda and trash all over the drink bar, filthy!
7. the overall appearance is a health hazard!

Just thought you’d like to know how this restaurant is being run by...

Ordered 2 hot Carmel macchiatos, a plain mcdouble. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order. It took 45 mins to receive my order. When they gave me my order they gave me small instead of large coffees. They said that they would fix it. Well he went to drive thru and took orders, got money and got orders up. And finally 15 minutes later he gave me my order. I was in there for an frickin hour. I asked if I needed to come back for breakfast to get my coffees. I asked that when he was supposedly had been correcting my order. Even other customers were questioning on why it was taking so long. This morning for breakfast my husband went in. He ordered sausage mcmuffins and oatmeal. The sausage McMuffin were thrown in the microwave. My oatmeal was soupy and cold. I was a manager of McDonald's for years. You are supposed to toast the muffins not throw them in the microwave. A customer of mine wouldn't had waited for an hour to receive an order. Even if they were getting a order for a bus...
