Rack’s Smoked Bbq — Restaurant in Delaware

I stopped in friday 8\22\2025 for the 1st time ever and it wont be my last! 😎😎. The place is awesome! When you walk in, it looks like an unassuming low key old school style gas station or general store, but when you let your eyes settle you begin to see the magic! So it's a Phillipino run store and in addition to the barbecue, they have all kinds of exotic philipino candy, cheese, teas, dried fruits, cooking accoutrements etc. The dried mangos are 🔥🔥🔥. The bbq itself was S tier 🏆🏆. I ordered the kabobs. They were just cubed cuts of meat on a skewer, slathered in BBQ sauce. They were a great value. I ordered 2 sides, the mac n cheese and the collards! 🤤 🤤 both were phenomenal. Everything is cooked and prepared in house. The host was a very sweet lady named Faye or Fae (not sure on the correct spelling.) Not only does she make mean BBQ, she is also a wonderful conversationalist. We were just joking and cutting up like old friends, seriously 😂😂😂. Then she dispensed some very wise words of wisdom and insight. Perfect bbq pit stop. Ordered the ribs, pulled pork, mac n cheese, and beans. All were great. Had a nice conversation with the owner and chef about the great variety of lesser known Filipino ingredients in the store. Haven't seen any of these outside Jackson Heights NYC ever. Nice little bbq spot that also serves Filipino food. Great service and very friendly staff. I came in and got a brisket sandwich with baked beans , chicken sandwich with collard greens, and beef ribs.
