I held off posting this review, I thought I resolved the issue with the franchise owner. I spent 30+minutes on the phone.(I feel was a waste of my time and to pacify me) you have my number if you would like to call me back.Without gift card or compensation from last visit my family decided to come back. YES $50+ This will be our last visit to this location. The most disrespectful people work here. It doesn't matter if you order through a app or at the speaker . Their are 2 woman that seem to alternate days Nasty black hair, long eye lashes and finger nails and tattoos covering their arms. You can't even make it to the window without them sticking their heads out and telling you to pull forward to the "Yellow line" Why what is the point? Why can't I have my food handed to me through the "drive thru" window? Why do I want two of your team members to walk through your restaurant and out the door to bring me my food? It's crap to do this to look good on a timer. But the sad fact your not completing service on time, no one is in the drive thru behind me and you won't have a accurate time frame you are actually serving your customers. Last time the rudeness and disrespect, hair cooked into the fries, melted frostys. Now I am sure I have food poisoning today because the girl at the window remembered us from last visit. Action were not taken to correct the past behavior . So thankyou, helping out our experience and confirming we know we will not be returning to this location. Fast food is getting to be the same price as if you were to go to a restaurant, do yourself a favor and have a better experience all around...
Read moreactually one of the worst wendys i’ve been to in my life, after many many many mistakes I just can’t go here anymore. The staff is rude and acts like you’re bothering them just for showing up (not all of them, but truly most of them). They can never get your food correct, like literally ever, even when you come back to replace the food they messed up the first time they make that incorrect as well and then treat you badly because of it. I went in just recently to get something replaced that was wrong and one of the employees was standing by the fryer staring at me full on without blinking for several minutes, it was extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for as I wasn’t doing anything or even speaking to that employee. I was waiting for the manger to come out as they needed her to do something on the register. When the manager did come out she didn’t speak to, or look at me even when I spoke to her, but then proceeded to speak to her employee next to her, it was truly embarrassing that is how they are choosing to run this establishment. I have many other negative experience stories with this place but this one really put it over the edge for me, i’ve never seen a place this bad and they really don’t care to fix it.

There is a woman who works there (long black hair, tons of tattoos) that is always rude, sloppy, never a smile, she shoves my food at me then closes the window and literally turns her back on me. I have had to knock on the window to get sauce, straws, my damn drinks. I go to that exact restaurant sometimes 4-6 times a week. I get the same thing every time. So muçh so that the employees actually know it's me in the drive thru and start preparing my order with a smile. They have only gotten my order wrong when that black hair woman was there!
