This is the first time for take out here but idk what this even is. I ordered chicken fajitas and this doesn’t even look like meat. It looks like some kind of vegan patty, fake ribs without bones, I don’t even know. It looked so disgusting that it went in the trash immediately. I live in Tallulah so driving 40 miles round trip to take this garbage back was not an option. The food has gotten worse and worse here eating in but I never thought I would get something so foul.

We found this wonderful restaurant while searching for Mexican while on the highway. What a gem! They seated us right away and were able to offer Gluten free options. Reasonably priced and cozy (see my photo of the decorated booth seat.) Sadly my ‘flat Stanley’ travel buddy in the picture snuck away from me at the restaurant. I hope they can find him and return him ❣️🙏 Update: They said they mailed him but he never arrived 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were out that way visiting a state park when we found this gem. We were greeted at the door then seated. Within minutes our waitor brought out Authentic 🍅 tomato based salsa and crispy thin chips🍟 A few minutes later we ordered 🥭 mango and blueberry margheritas. Our meals were just as delicious 😋 We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant🥙/ restroom. 🚻

Food was fair at best, part of food was cold then we were overcharged by about $7- $10. Two of us ate lunch there and the bill came to $34 when one person's meal was $9 and the other person's was between $9-$10 so bill should of been around $18-$20 plus 2 glasses of tea. When I questioned the bill I was told that it was tax. I informed her that we have eaten there quite often and ordered the same thing and it was around $20 and asked her if she was saying that there was $10 of tax on lunch specials when she said yes and refused to let me see menu to add everything up again I told her that was fine we just wouldn't be back again. I was actually surprised because the food and the service are both usually good and never had any problems before. When we went in it was like no one was there, we stood around for a few minutes then yelled out before someone finally came from the back. While we were eating someone else came in stood around for awhile then finally whistled to get her to come up and take their order. I'd never seen this lady before it's usually a couple of guys there. This was a horrible experience from the terrible food, to the overcharge. I won't give them a chance to take advantage of me again and I suggest...

These guys know how to feed a hungry bunch! This is a small place that is about a mile out of town. We pulled up and it was empty. We were concerned, but decided to try it anyway. They serve genuine Mexican food. It was not Tex-Mex or even New Mexican. We happened to visit on one of the buy one get one free margaritas promotion days. We had peach and strawberry, both frozen. The strawberry was served with a salty rim. The peach was served with salt and sugar rum. This brought out the flavors of the peach perfectly. The lunch plate prices were good. It was under $10 a plate. The food was good too. The star of the show was the fresh made salsa. We even purchased some to take home after our trip. Since we were from several hundred miles away, he even shared the family recipe for salsa! This is a must visit if in the...

Not only is the staff super friendly but they usually remember all of our allergies and who in the family hates guacamole and who loves it. In an area with, I believe, three Mexican restaurants this is our family's favorite. If you go for the first time I suggest the shrimp taco salad, it's amazing! Great service, outstanding food, really good with families that have small kids! Just a great environment to be in. When me and my boyfriend went last he orders two things just to have a good lunch to take to work...
